You can also scratch it out with your nail too |
Just a quick photo, i'll take photos with the armor and all after work:
https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...14145482_o.jpg overall I love this kit, though all the yellow circles have to be painted on, but overall its a fun kit |

Here's a preview of a custom AGE 1 Spallow I've been working on that's just about finished…still painting the weapons and I gotta fix a few places here and there:

On a related note I just got done with the primary build of Master Grade GM Quel. The suit itself is all done, just need to finish the weapons and labels. It's been fun to build even if I have pretty poor skills. It was great practice before tougher MG's. Next couple kits on the chopping block are HGUG Zee-Zulu & Blue Destiny Unit 1 and MG Re-GZ. |
I personally never liked the GMs. But then I'm a Zeon Devote at heart. Give me Zakus, Doms, Goufs, and Mobile Armors of all sorts.
|
I have a soft spot for Gundam villains so Titans mobile suits are awesome for me. I also love obscurity. So the fact that the Quel only ever appears (in animation at least) once, in the final episode of 0083 on a damn flatbed truck, for 5 seconds, endears it to me :p

I did love the Titan Suits. My favorite was the Black Gundam MK-2, and of course.. The O. |
Unicorn episode 5, watched! This has been great. Even more than that, Unicorn has been excellent. The UC universe has always been my favorite part of the Gundam franchise, Zeta being my favorite series. Seeing the darker corners of that timeline explored like this is just fantastic. I especially love the wacky one offs and leftovers that the Zeon remnants keep pulling out. Like the Zogok, Efreet, Dwadge, Zaku Sniper. Always great to see obscure MSV type suits get some action. LOVED the Federation Byalant Custom that took part in the battle at Torrington base too.

And the quality of 08th MS is very high, as is Unicorn. Only 6 episodes are out and subbed since 7 comes out next year. But watching them all in a row like this has been excellent.

Hazah! More kits! And as I said in the Recent Purchases thread, the Zee-Zulu is an awesome early B-day present courtesy of my wife :D And the Heavygun kit, while ancient, isn't too terrible. It's simple but a fun build.

Started watching G Gundam tonight. Haven't seen it in years. Forgot just how fun this show is. It makes no damn sense if you think to hard and that's what I like about it. My favorite bit is when I realize Domon's sense of direction must be worse than Nick's. He goes from Italy to New York to China to France to Russia, in that order. No matter which way he goes, he has to pass at least one of these countries twice or loop arond the world and pass up two different countries.
Aslo, Maxter's first fight is against Neo Iraq. Subtle and ironic! :lol |
Just caught Gunpla Builders for the first time. I have to say that even though this is nothing more than the longest Bandai commercial ever, it was pretty good. Lots of cool offbeat variations to standard mobile suits. I don't care for either of the Beginning Gundam designs much but the other suits featured really won me over. And Boris Schauer, with his damn horse and costume :lol

Have you seen all the customs that was made for the Beginning? |

Yea.. I tend to ignore Domon's travel plan. I blame it on lack of a GPS on the Burning. |
This is still perhaps one of my favrioute customs:

You know, the more I look at the Civilian DSSD Astray, the more I see the helmet being a good base for some kind of Sentai inspired custom. I almost wanna buy five of these and do a Gundam Sentai Astrayger….or at least get one and make him into Astray Red.:lol |

Next Robot Damashii is Shenlong and a web exclusive:

Though the Shenlong does look pretty damn sweet. |

I tend to avoid Gundam figures myself, since i prefer the experience of building them.
I own a couple though: A signed MSIA Exia and Robot Damashi RX78, and a Metal Build Exia, which I wanted for the R3 conversion pieces. |
Sweet! Gundam time! My fav Mobile Suit has to be the Zeong!
|
Robot Damashii Shenlong could be cool, but I'd much rather the Heavyarms Custom.
