Tokusatsu is now a word recognized in the Oxford English Dictionary
|
As impressive as this is, I'm surprised isekai and tonkatsu made it in as well. :lolol

We're too mainstream now, I can't do this hobby anymore!
Nah, I kid, you still can't get rid of me. It has been interesting how much more popular tokusatsu has become in the English speaking world during the time I've been a fan of the medium. Back when I started it seemed like very few people knew what it even was, but now if I bring it up... well a lot of people still don't know. But occasionally they do! |
