Anyway, I have watched more of Turboranger over the last several days and I'm already at the show's final quarter. I might be able to finish this series pretty soon and with it, the entirety of the Sentai seasons from the Heisei era. |

And let's not forget, they were Super Sentai's first teenagers with attitude. :lolol
Fun fact, Junichiro Katagiri who played Shunsuke/Yellow Turbo went on to appear as a police detective and subordinate of Detective Komori played by Mr. Green Two himself, Takahiko Ohta from Bioman, in Janperson. Katagiri also appeared in multiple Metal Hero shows throughout his career in guest roles and uncredited roles as well. The man was apparently even in Gavan back when he was considered a child actor, and seeing how his Japanese wikipedia page doesn't specify which role it was, I guess it's up there with Tokuyama's (aka Kickhopper, aka Go-on Gold) small role in B-Fighter Kabuto in terms of significance. And one more bit of trivia, episode 9, which was a Shunsuke-centric episode, guest-starred Sayuri Uchida aka Ako/Blue Swallow from Jetman as the girl in their school who plays the flute. |

Speaking of Turboranger (again), I am now down to the show's final six episodes and, like with Kidou Keiji Jiban, I should be able to finish this series by the end of this week. I'm currently trying to decide which Sentai series to watch next outside of rewatching certain seasons like Carranger. Probably either Sun Vulcan, Changeman, or Flashman.

I second Flashman. It's my favorite Showa Sentai that I've watched so far.

I have just finished Turboranger and even though it took me a few several years, I have finally watched every single Sentai series of the Hesei era. And such, I will do a ranking list of all the Sentai series of that era and will one day due a much needed update version of my rankings of the seasons overall which will include the Sentai shows from both the Showa and Reiwa eras and yes, they will get their separate ranking lists themselves eventually. Now, without further ado,
Rankings of Super Sentai (Heisei Era Edition): 1. Gokaiger 2. Megaranger 3. Timeranger 4. Dairanger 5. Magiranger 6. Jetman 7. Gekiranger 8. Go-Busters 9. ToQger 10. GoGoFive 11. Abaranger 12. Kakuranger 13. Carranger 14. Zyuranger 15. Goseiger 16. Fiveman 17. Kyoryuger 18. Dekaranger 19. LuPat 20. Kyuranger 21. Ohranger 22. Boukenger 23. Shinkenger 24. Hurricanger 25. Turboranger 26.
