I think that towards the end Vice may turn out to be an antagonist. Even temporary, with subsequent reconciliation.
Also, its specifics are not very clear to me. That is, it is obvious that Daiji has envy of his brother, and Sakura tries to behave like an adult, but Ikki has no craving for chatter, "funny" comments and cannibalism. Does this mean that Vice was formed so long ago that he and Ikki, as individuals, developed separately and now they are united only by the master / demon bond?
