I said something similar in the "Rider Subs Database" thread.
TsuPro has the right mindset regarding distribution with Mill Creek and belch things out far quicker and with much greater detail and honestly more exposure cause I still see Ultra Sets in Best Buy! On top of that, Mill went out and made a retroactive deal with SHOUT! to go even further. You don't actually have to buy the Mill-Released Ultra Sets to watch them (but it's better to buy them when you can)!
I believe the "Big Six" (Hasbro, Toei, TsuPro, Team Rider, SHOUT!, and Mill Creek) should organize as a formal coalition to address this in greater detail with representatives of each acting on behalf of the Six to hammer out some kind of joint distribution package. Make this easier for everyone so that those who can't seem to make things work have the boost they need. I know Toei and TsuPro are rigid competitors, but I also don't think Toei wants to see TsuPro dominate the West with Ultraman while they trickle out Riders at a snail's pace while simultaneously letting Hasbro play with the Rangers.
Regarding my original thoughts on the subject, with a little selective copying here and some pasting there...

What I really want to see is more corporation between everyone involved. Hasbro, SHOUT!, Team Rider, Mill Creek, Toei, and Tsuburaya! I know that's realistically unfeasible cause of the financial and corporate competition between Toei and Tsuburaya, but it's honestly what's needed if everyone is to survive and go home satisfied...When international travel restrictions let up as cases go down, I want representatives from the aforementioned "Big Six" to get in a room and sit the hell down and hammer out some kind of agreement to make sure that everyone gets a slice of pie here and there and everywhere...I believe that TsuPro has a stake in this fight cause Tokusatsu distribution in the West is something they're clearly invested in now. On top of that, they have a different mindset and made a far superior distribution deal with Mill Creek, who in turn made a deal with SHOUT! and now you can stream virtually every Ultra that Mill has released to disc! Toei needs to consult with TsuPro to determine a more optimal business model with the West, and since Power Rangers is still the method of Sentai Distribution in the West, that means Hasbro has a stake in this as well. That's why I want the "Big Six" in a room together, because even when the argument doesn't relate to one of them specifically, it relates to all of them indirectly.
