Should Hasbro adapt Kamen Rider, if so how do you all see it work out?

I have always been a big proponent of adaptation! It allows you to push something with an entirely different perspective and story, while still honoring the original. It allows you to push the original in a manner which might be more accessible to those who might not be aware of the original or to those who weren't moved or enticed by the original.
That said, an adaptation can falter if done incorrectly. Also, the need for adaptation is dwindling, but I still believe it serves a purpose.
Starters, accept that what was done previously didn't work and don't hesitate to acknowledge that to all sentient life on this planet!
Second, make friends with the concept of "retcons"! It might seem odd in the beginning, but it will payoff in the long run.
Third, don't worry about squeezing every last drop of juice from the fruit! You can't fit it all in nor should you. It might suck, but that's just part of it.
My thinking for Masked Rider (Black RX Adaptation which bombed) is that Hasbro produce a sequel movie to "A Friend In Need", the Mighty Morphin' Season 3 Opener which introduced Masked Rider. A sequel movie will predominately take place during the Mighty Morphin' Era, not long after the Rangers make friends with Ninjor. It relies more on new footage and more on the action than on unmorphed actors. The way we address the M.R. series is that we firmly suggest that the series is NOT canon to the P.R. continuity we know of! All that you know from that series is knowledge of an "alternate timeline" or "alternate dimension".
We have the Mighty Morphin' Team of Six Rangers, with the Tommy Green Ranger Clone and Ninjor appearing later in the battle for a total of eight. We then have the Rider side in which we have Dex, "RoboRider", "BioRider", "ZO", "J", and "Black". If you remember the RX special when all of Minami Kotaro's forms appeared on-screen to fight revived/time-displaced Crisis Kaijin, then this will seem familiar. In addition, two very familiar Riders will appear later in the battle for a total of eight Riders. The latter Riders are implied to be "dimension hoppers" who aren't native to Mighty Morphin' or any dimension/universe in the P.R. Multiverse.
From a villain side, we have Zedd joining forces with Count Dregon (Jark Shogun) who summons "Chaps" (RX), "Doras" (ZO), "Cobra Man" (J), and even "Shadow Moon" (Black). Zedd will be predominately supported by an array of Zyu2 Monsters to really hit home the fact that this isn't Sentai or Kamen Rider in the conventional sense and to really push some surreal imagery that nobody ever thought they would see (also because Zyu2 Monsters are largely exclusive to P.R. anyway)!
To round out the fact that this is a "Long Before" story which we haven't seen before, add/revive a more modern character like Sledge or Scrozzle or Mucus in a time-displaced capacity to examine the battle and do something important in the middle of it. Realistically speaking, no modern villain had been created back when Mighty Morphin' was new, so this could serve as audience rationalization as to why we haven't seen this battle before.
As for Kuuga, I had to think about this one awhile and the only conclusion one can come to is: Don't adapt the series! Leave it be!
The "Kuuga" story needs to be wholly original and unique. Basically, the villain is "Kuuga" and the hero is "Kuuga", which helps with the overall themes Kamen Rider has explored in the past. The Grongi aren't involved, and they would only serve to glut the story anyway.
Basically, an explorer found an artifact amidst some ruins years ago. It is now being examined by Bio-Lab and defended by the Silver Guardians (Time Force reference to help people accept the story as routed within the P.R. Multiverse, but doesn't center on Rangers). The artifact is but one of many, and is now activating after ages of dormancy. It chooses a host who transforms into "Growing Kuuga" and who is aided by others who echo the other alternate forms of Kuuga. The enemy is "Rising Ultimate Kuuga" from All Riders VS. Dai-Shocker. This explores the idea of a villainous Rider and a heroic Rider while showcasing the idea of a team that isn't really a team in the conventional P.R. sense. A key factor is that "Kuuga Mighty" isn't seen at all! To really respect Kuuga and to keep Kuuga unique and protected, the "base form" is excised. Most of the Rising Forms are also excised, but largely because they would be too much too soon, as would Amazing Mighty. In short, the "Growing Kuuga" hero has to either come to terms with the power or succumb to it. Zordon's three Ranger rules definitely come into play, and "Growing" becomes "Ultimate" to stop "Rising Ultimate"! In many ways, it's a coming-of-age character piece in the form of Rider VS. Rider! The absolute surrealism of seeing "Ultimate Kuuga" punching "Rising Ultimate Kuuga" might be stunning to some long-time Rider fans.
Oh, and the explorer from earlier is Ryan from Lightspeed Rescue! The idea is that he found something while researching the tomb where the Lightspeed Demons were released from. Kuuga originally aired around 2000, which was when Lightspeed and Timeranger were airing. To really drive the point home, Eric of Time Force also makes a cameo appearance. Neither morphs into Titanium or Quantum cause this isn't a Ranger story, but it will add that element of familiarity to it.
From then on, my thinking is to focus more on movies than on series. Add too much of a series, and you add too much information too soon for anyone to keep track of, to say nothing of glutting the market with figures nobody can find on shelves!
Ryuki will likely get glossed over as it has already been dealt with, and that leads into my other idea of canonizing Dragon Knight into the P.R. Multiverse! It might be controversial and expensive, but it shouldn't be ignored. It's easy to ignore Masked Rider cause we have the P.R. crossover which preceded it. Dragon Knight didn't get that and it's an important detail.
Anyway, I'm starting to ramble and this is already a long entry. It's my initial thoughts on a Kamen Rider Adaptation which I think could be made to work.
P.S.: The two "dimension hoppers" I mentioned earlier are the OG Double Riders! Haven't decided if they should be the '71 Originals or Decade-style A.R. Riders. Wouldn't it be so damned wild to see those two suits give a "Rider Double Kick" to a revived Pumpkin Rapper!?
