I was very confused how last episode ended with Revi seemingly getting knocked out while still henshined and just lying there with his toothy grin. So the immediate reveal in the cold open here that he was merely taking a time out was some unexpected comedy for me!

Reminds that you better not wait around hoping for something you want but work on it (of course, being successful or not is another matter..), and gotta see if they'd do more with Hiromi's backstory here, but the reveal is very abrupt though in my opinion, Hiromi suddenly talking about his backstory out of nowhere, and like, it's in the middle of fight
before
henshin, that can left them open to the Giff Junior's attacks. Otherwise, I guess Hiromi resembles Spider-Man as human too, not only as Rider.
Even Daiji is like "What the hell!" at that moment. Hiromi might be great at making epic speeches, but not so good at timing them. Maybe he spent a lot of time rehearsing that in the mirror and was in a hurry to use it before he forgot.

Probably another sign of his pettiness too like Kuroto and Ryoma, in this case, probably hating if someone can make use of something he treated as failure, meaning they know the device better than George.
George told Wakabayashi that he just wants to express his strong love for Kamen Rider, so I'm curious to know why he scrapped Libera Driver and got mad about Jeanne showing up. I'd guess he had other plans and feels like his vision is being defiled or something like that, like someone putting their OC in his story without consulting him first.

It's definitely intriguing to hear more details of Aguilera's backstory. I had assumed she joined Deadmans as an adult due to some bad experience in her past, but now it seems like Deadmans has been a part of her upbringing since the start!

Mainly because I felt like Ikki would have taken Sakura's side and tried to help the kid in need, given his personality and motivations, so having him do nothing felt... off, to say the least. But we got some cool fight scenes at least.
This episode fared better (finally a two-parter), and yet the resolution sort of felt hollow, likely because Sakura was getting the most focus out of this
Agreed. I tried to think of something to say last week, other than the first teamup between Revice and Live, but I kept drawing blanks. There was pretty much only one thing to talk about and honestly, I wasn't feeling that plot. Even Hiromi was inexplicably absent after showing off his new "Condor" (totally looks the same as eagle) Genomix in the cold open. This episode fares a little better, giving a little focus to the other characters as well.

Yeah, Revi tends to overshadow him a lot. Vice's best action scene so far was probably in Episode 9 when he was showing off for his Twitter fans. He carried that fight all on his own and even made good use of the Ohinbuster and Osutoderuhammer 50.
Him tripping over the fourth wall was humorous for sure!

Only Ikki disappears from the photos, since there's something special about him.

Well, Gif is a guy, I'm pretty sure. I think Aguilera only has eyes for him and nobody else. But if my suspicion about Julio is right, then Amahiko declaring his intention to challenge Gif means there could be a big love triangle coming for the Deadmans! Amahiko's crazy ambition is totally going to backfire at some point.

Good thing I'm not the only one thinking that for the next episode synopsis.
Sorry that I didn't mention my usual Remix and Machine parallel last week as I was hoping to. I'll do it now instead.
Brachio is a Tallneck. One of the few Machines that can't be overridden and doesn't flee or attack you sight. A moving vantage point you can climb.
As a bonus, I thought about Lion Remix some more and it looks similar to a Ravager.
