These episodes had a nice flow to them. Mutsuki is slowly gaining control over Leangle and now Blade has the combo needed to go into Jack-Form. What's really interesting is that Wolf (Werewolf?) Undead is able to create drones, if you will, to attack people by attacking people himself and those corpses become the said drone.

Definitely liked how Mutsuki finally completed his training and is learning to how fight without the Spider Undead taking control. Though I hope we haven't heard the last from the Spider Undead because I liked the looming specter he caused him battle. On the other big story point in this trio of episodes, we have Hajime's story come to forefront again. The photographer lady learns that he was present for when Amane's dad died. Glad that while she was angry and doubted him, eventually she came to peace with Hajime's role as a protector for now instead of ratting him out. As for Hajime, he learn that he isn't the real Chalice. It'll be interesting to find out what he is exactly.

Mutsuki has a great arch here and this is the point where the whole show gets a bit darker than it was before. Also, Leangle is my favorite of the four riders (looks wise).

Oh, I almost forgot two other things. The in-fighting amongst the Undead and the appearance of the Undead Hunters. I don't really have much to say on these plot points, but I did find it really amusing how much Kenzaki and Tachibana were fangasming over the Black Fang .

The heck was up with the Undead Hunters? I thought they were going to be some third party that shows up and messes with the established order. But the wolf undead slaughtered thm all.
I liked these sets of episodes. |

Last time on Agito, Sumiko found some baby trapped in a locker and it would not stop crying!! As such, she had to offer it to a spider who sat beside her as the eagle grew mad with fire. Oh, and Kotaro drank some milk. :-p
Seriously though, so much new information in these last few episodes. Hajime can use any Undead body to transform. Mutsuki's afraid of the dark and Tachibana has now become the mentor. And we have a gathering of Undead. Not to mention that people can now suddenly turn into werewolves from the bite of one. Actually, that fits pretty cool with the mythology, so I don't mind regardless of how ridiculous everyone looks. The Wolf Undead is probably my favorite of the end lot as any monster that rides a bike is just down right bad ass. I also love the whole notion that the Eagle Undead and Chalice had actually made a pact with each other during the first Battle Royal and it took him a while to realize that everything might not be as it seems. Actually, it is a shame we never see Touko's character again after this two parter, as she could have put a really interesting spin on everything dealing with Amane's father, but oh well. At least they got the flashback scene with him out their system (and hopefully Mutsuki's as well). I also must restate how much I love some of the cinematography in this show. The scene between the Eagle and Orchid Undeads in the giant puddle of water with the tv screen in the reflection is just amazing. Anyway, I must state that it is starting to get harder to really stick to just watching 3 episodes a week, especially when the next episode is one of my favorites of the series (as I already stated why above). |

I was surprised when Hajime was able to transform into an Undead using undead card when the Undead swipe his Chalice card. We have yet to know his true identity.
It was amusing for Kenzaki and Tachibana to be asleep and when they woke up, they found all the Undead hunters hurt and the Black fang stolen! |

The cowardly cop from Climax Deka.
A great moment, most of the pieces regarding Hajime's identity have already fallen, so pay attention. |
