Ah Oki, I've been buying from him for a couple of years now. He's got fairly good prices on Premium Bandai items, and he's usually really prompt about emails, within a day or two. He packs everything really well with lots of newspaper so your items arrive as pristine as possible. He offers half payment, full payment, and pay shipping later, although he does charge additional fees such as 5% on PayPal and 500 yen for half payments. His shipping fees can be a little high sometimes as well. Like any middle man service, you need to shop around for the best prices, but also find one you can trust.
