I'm not sure that even counts. Either way, at least Alain's sister was a recurring character who had some minor impact on the plot; I defy anyone who watched Faiz to remember three specific things Mihara did.

I can do it! 1. Became Delta 2. Ummm...fought the Orphnoch King with Takumi and Yuji 3. ....Shit Seriously though, Faiz already had several characters who would've been a decent choice for Delta. In fact, pretty much all of the existing supporting characters would have been better than introducing an entirely new character who did absolutely nothing. Or better yet, Kitazaki should have just remained Delta. Seriously, he just throws away the belt because it's boring? Come on...

Didn't Mihara... work as a mechanic or something? Maybe?

2. Um... 3. Uh... I feel like Mihara is such wasted potential because his hypothetical role in the show is actually a pretty solid idea. A more milquetoast Rider to contrast with the abrasive protagonist and his sociopathic frenemy, whose quest to become less of a loser could easily make for an effective and satisfying character arc. And the show sort of, kind of tries to do that, but it gets buried under a million other plot lines and is pretty sloppy to begin with. I don't hate the guy (if only because he's such a punchline I pity him), but he's easily one of the least defensible parts of Faiz. Still a sweet suit though!

I know someone jokingly said they would like to see Keitaro as Delta but honestly, why didn't Keitaro become the new user of Delta? The earlier plot point about the Delta suit would of worked perfectly with him considering the type character he's been established as; It would of also gave him more point to the show aside from having a crappy romance story.

Has anyone else spotted crew members running in / out of frame in Faiz? There's a few, the weirdest one I've ever seen in any media is near the end, can't recall the Ep number, but it was a quick night fight in a park. Faiz is in the foreground just before the scene change and, no joke, a guy comes crawling out of a tree in the background. I rewound it a number of times because I just couldn't believe they left it in there. But then, maybe Kusaka's pendant was an in-joke on how the crew got through those long-ass shoot days.

Well, between the two of us we got three things.
I figure that's like, a silver medal or something, right? Hang on, let me try Dark Kabuto: 1. Um, was experimented on by the Natives, or something. 2. Beat up Tendou, a feat I'm pretty sure no one else ever accomplished. 3. Sacrifices himself in some sort of redemptive death in the finale, I think? ... Huh, I guess Dark Kabuto is more memorable. Man, poor Mihara.
