If that's your goal, the best thing to do is become recognized by them. I want the something. Your best route is to start in America, and worm your way in through Power Rangers. But obviously you will need an education so, don't rush. Build your craft and you will know even before you are finished with school if your good enough or not.

Maybe you start by getting some credits in these departments instead of just assuming that a company of this calibre would just hire a nobody in such a prestigious position.

I'm not trying to wound anyone's pride. I myself work in entertainment, and though I've been in this industry for the last 5 years, I'm not even close to directing or writing for my own toku show. People who are destined to make it, don't ask how to do it... they just do it and figure it out. Just sayin.
