I read "Mega blade" and somehow connected it with Super Megaforce. (probably read "Samurai" as "super")
Regardless, no, it isn't. The Mega blade was made up for PR Samurai, right? Why is Gaim trying to "answer" to something that cmae out two years ago in a completely different demographic? No, the Musou saber has nothing to do with the Mega blade except they're both patterned after samurai swords, obviously. That said, however, the Musou Saber is an okay sized sword that has a gun on it. It doesn't fold up, and I don't think it's quite as ridiculously huge as the Megablade or whatever, so to say it is akin to the Megablade like the Beast Driver vs. Shogun thingy, is a bit of a stretch. I don't think it's as close of a match, personally, but there may yet be a huge ass sword that kind of folds open in Gaim, yet. They've only really done one sword weapon for the Lockseeds, they could do a huge claymore or something. Edited by TokuNation staff 1. No Insults, Trolling, Flaming, Name Calling, Harassing, Etc. Are you always this daft or is it a special thing just for this guy trying to make parallels between toys? Stop opening your mouth when you have no idea what's going on, just to talk, as clearly evident in these last few posts.
The original reference was to the Beast Driver vs. the Shogun thingy from PR Samurai. The Beast Driver is bling as fuck and opens up, much in the same way the Shogun thingy does from PRS. It had been said before that the Beast Driver was BoJ's one-up manship of the Shogun thingy. Samurai aired well before Wizard, but the parallels between the two mean it's pretty easy to see a connection. Furthermore, how is it a different demographic? They're both marketed to kids. As much as some people may want to think otherwise, Kamen Rider is for kids. Period. Just like Power Rangers and Sentai. That said, however, the Musou Saber is an okay sized sword that has a gun on it. I guess otherwise trying my best to be helpful is not enough for a SINGLE misunderstanding of a post? :/ Whatever, guess I shouldn't be surprsied. |

How is it that the new people here are always the biggest dicks? Shouldn't it be the ones who've been here for a while and know who can take it and who can't?

I'm still over the fence on wanting either the normal DX Sengoku Driver release or the Double pack with Lockseed Holder and Pine Lockseed though. If my local scifi store has either one of them, I'll try and have it put on hold for me with SHF KR Black Renewal and Battle Hopper for me.

On topic, i was a bit annoyed at the lack of arms change packs (Pine and Ichigo), but noticing there still seems to be plenty of the base figures on most retailers, at least after the restock at the weekend. Was this pack insanely popular or something? Even Amiami has most of the figures in stock but that particular set is sold out. |

True, a plastic strawberry by itself is boring as hell. But when you have a figure designed to wear the strawberry as armor, it is KICKASS!

Hope that means they will become more abundant in the coming weeks before the series moves on to later forms.

I got my AC03 Kamen Rider Ryugen and AC04 Pine and Ichigo arms today from Hobby Search. They were also kind enough to include a Kamen Rider Zangetsu faceplate.
Now I have a decision to make keep the faceplate and get a Sengoku Driver, keep the faceplate and not get a Sengoku Driver or sell the faceplate
