So no photo set this week but - they did a live stream and Japanese toy reviewer Wotafa was given what appears to be a complete sample to test out.
I'm happy with what I'm seeing. Mainly because like, you can pick this thing up and it's solid. Not a wobbly mess like DX Gridman. |

Man now I'm very happy I went in on this.
Combination looks simple and chunky, engineering seems to balance stability and articulation extremely well...I'm convinced if Sentinel didn't co-design this it'd be another DX Gridman.

I am so upset that I didn't spring for this 'cuz of the price.
I reeeeeeeeally hope the aftermarket prices won't be monstrously huge. |

To be fair though - having the entire lower body as a separate piece helps a lot. One massive flaw of DX Gridman was the need for the core figure legs (and hips) to fully support the robot legs. But you definitely see instances were Sentinel comes in, like the outward movements of the arms on Dynazenon. Having the sliding pieces incorporated into Dyna Striker so Dyna Soldier’s arms only need to deliver the rotating motion is genius. You should have another shot at this; DX Gridman got a second run so this one will most likely get one too. Simply because not everyone is willing to buy such an expensive toy based on an ongoing show. |

Tokullectibles still have preorders open for him. Latest you'll probably get him is June in that case.

How reliable is Tokullectibles? I've heard that they can be pretty pricey.

Quick the opposite really, I buy from them all the time and there prices are better the BBTS. The are very reliable when it comes to their customers and my only nitpick is that they get their products in late but that can’t be helped.

At this point, I would honestly put money on Tokullectibles being the best place in the US to buy toku stuff from.
Shipping is precalculated, a real person answers customer service emails, and they ship basically as soon as they get it.
