Persona 4: Arena. Labrys' story is heart-wrenching.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. This game is literally perfect. To me, anyway. Follows the Manga/Anime SO well.

So I finished Just Cause 2's story this morning. That was the worst acting I've seen in a video game hands-down. Contender for some of the worst acting I've ever seen.

Still on Assassin's Creed 3. I'm having a surprising amount of fun doing Homestead quests. I just wish the crafting system wasn't so dumb.

In prep for my next podcast episode, I have been playing Godzilla: The Series for Game Boy. (It's one of the black cases, so it can be played on either the original GBX or the GBC; I am playing it on my GBA in widescreen format.)
The game is interesting -- it's sort of a shooter where your craft is a giant monster who is nearly the height of the screen. You march to the right as wave after wave of enemies come at you from the other side of the screen. Zilla has an impressive array of attacks -- tail whip, claw swipe, bite, foot stomp, and of course his Atomic Fire Ball. The trick is picking the right attack and timing it, as you can only do one attack at a time. In the case of the Fire Ball and bite, you need to aim it as well by pivoting Zilla's head before you attack. The background changes up from cityscapes to jungles, shorelines, and even underwater, which is nice. The enemies change with it as well. It's a fun game although not very difficult. Once I beat it I will see if there is a Hard mode. I have also been playing the classic Game Boy games Godzilla (the puzzle game) and Kaijuu Oh Gojira (King Of The Monsters, Godzilla) for the show, which is focused on (you guessed it) classic portable Godzilla games.

I downloaded Battle Realms on gog.com Really good strategy game. Nice peaceful music, a vibrant living world, a unique tech tree/tier system...sad it didn't get very far.

Deathsmiles I'm not very good at Shmups, but I love playing them.

Completed all of Assassin's Creed except for the naval missions. Those were impossible before I spent £50,000 upgrading the Aquila. After this, I just got to get 100% Synch and do the rest of the trophies. And multiplayer. And the feathers.
