I have a kind of important question on Mandarake: I ordered two things from one store that were 2000 yen and 2500 yen. The 2000 yen one sold out, but another one like it showed up for 3500 yen still in the same store which I bought and left a note in the order to combine the shipping with the previous item. Now both orders seperate have a 500 yen handling fee, but together they wouldn't, being over 5000 yen. Would I get refunded the 1000 yen in handling, or am I out that money because they don't keep their stores up to date?

I'm in the same boat. Actually want to cancel my order, as I found what ordered somewhere cheaper.

My most recent order at Utsunomiya though, it was blindingly fast. Got my invoice in just a couple hours, and it shipped a few hours after I paid for it. I think the entire thing was less than 24 hours. |

Mandarake made an official announcement about this literally weeks ago
They've been bombarded with orders this holiday season and are having delays because of it. Now I know it's crazy that they're still experiencing issues but here's hoping they resolve it soon.

It's almost 4AM over there dude, plus they just got done with their New Year's Day. They should send out notifications soon, just be patient.

I wasn't being impatient, just curious, because I know a lot of people had been waiting a long, long time, and since I didn't get mine I couldn't really say "oh they're sending out invoices now."
