For me it'd be OOO, I got into the fandom when it aired and I decided to try and be with the times but I didn't like it, tried rewatching it when I was more mature and critical, dropped after a few episodes. Tried a third time and fucking loved it

Decreased Opinions:
Kamen Rider Kabuto was one of the first few Rider shows I watched and one of my favorites at the time. However, on a rewatch, I realized it has a lot of flaws. I think it's still pretty decent though. Kamen Rider Decade was the actual first Rider show I watched and naturally has some sentimental value for me, but I cannot deny that the way it "ended" was pretty terrible and there were some minor pacing problems I think could've been handled better. I remember liking Power Rangers Time Force as a kid, but looking back on it now, I think it's kind of lame, especially compared to its much deeper Sentai counterpart, Timeranger. I generally enjoyed Kyoryuger as it was airing, but that final arc really tainted it for me and allowed me to become more aware of how a lot of the characters, except for Ian who is great, were either poorly executed or poorly treated and now it's one of my least favorite Sentai. I don't think Sanjo understands what "teamwork" actually means and should stick to writing KR. My opinion of ToQGer has worsened from dislike to strongly dislike. Increased Opinions: Kamen Rider Kiva was a show I already liked, but on a rewatch, I found so much that I love about it that maybe I wasn't aware of before. Kamen Rider Drive, again, a show I already liked that got better on a rewatch. The three Riders are also just really likable and sympathetic characters with a nice dynamic and arcs of their own. Power Rangers SPD has some character problems, mostly Sky, but I've come to appreciate the story for how it created a pretty intriguing lore. Despite the unique aesthetic, Gobusters felt pretty generic to me at the start with exposition that's very boring to listen to, but the more the characters interact and develop, the better it gets and it's got a lot of emotional scenes. Ryusoulger probably had the most extreme change for me. I remember feeling so bored with the slow pacing at the start, but as soon as Wiserue showed up, suddenly it became like super awesome and surprisingly subversive out of nowhere and now it's literally my third favorite 10s Sentai! Koh might also be one of my favorite Reds.

I usually find my opinions on things slide in a more positive direction over time, rarely in the opposite direction. I've been rewatching Kuuga very slowly for a while and I while I never disliked Kuuga I think I appreciate it a bit more now for a variety of reasons. I've seen more Showa Rider since my first viewing, so I can understand how it is an interesting reinterpretation of Showa ideas better and it's really interesting to compare it with the kinds of Sentai that was airing at the same time, since it was so different. I still think aspects of the show are kind of hamfisted, but it's a neat experience overall. On the Sentai side of things, the first show I ever tried was Abaranger. I wasn't particularly impressed at the time when I watched it, but seeing more Sentai shows let me appreciate what made it special a lot more. Ryoga in particular is a pretty delightful red.

I had to think about this question a little bit, because I don't think this kind of thing happens to me very often, but I did eventually realize that Kamen Rider Kabuto is definitely the show that fits the bill for me.
I always liked Kabuto in the broad sense that it was Kamen Rider, mind you, but it was always the Heisei series that I was least enthusiastic about... right up until I watched the whole show again back when Die was doing his thread about it, and gradually discovered that Kabuto is kinda awesome? For years, I was letting my memories of it be dominated by some of its worst aspects, and going back, I not only found that I was exaggerating those in retrospect, but on the whole, the storytelling was far stronger than I gave it credit for. And even though it's been a while since I finished that rewatch, I'm still looking back on it very fondly, so I think it's safe to say at this point my reevaluation is sticking. (I'm also still mad at myself for nearly forgetting about Hiyori for so long.)
