Preamble Hey there everyone, and welcome to a rather special edition of one of my Watch Threads, wherein I cover something I doubt many of you have seen. Now immediately you might think "So like usual?" but hear me out. Today I'll be covering a piece of lost media that I came upon thanks to the various connections I've made in the Toku community over the years. We all know that due to the pandemic a few years ago, a crossover between Kamen Riders Zero-One and Saber never came into fruition, but did you know that one was actually in production before the virus spread across the globe? And it featured a special guest that I don't think any of you could be expecting. The copy of the film I found was very obviously unfinished, with missing special effects and alot of audio hiccups, but it's for the most part intact and rather watchable as a full length movie. Being the obscure piece it is there were no subs though, so I had to call in our good buddy Fish Sandwich in order to do alot of translating for me. Big thanks to him, by the way! So, because this is a piece of lost media, I can't exactly take a bunch of screenshots to show it off since I don't want me or anyone affiliated with the forums to get in trouble, so you'll unfortunately have to make due with me simply doing my best at transcribing the events of the movie while also giving my impressions of it as we go along. I won't by typing out the entire film's' script, but there are some scenes I definitely wanna highlight. As such, whenever I decide to transcribe dialogue, Touma/Saber's' dialogue will be colored Red, our mystery guest's' dialogue will be in Blue, and Aruto/Zero-One's' dialogue will be Green. I'm using Green not because I side with those who say that's what Zero-One's' primary color, but rather because Yellow on a White/Silver background is really hard on the eyes and I'm not about to do you guys dirty like that. And yes, there is a movie-original villain for this. His dialogue will be in Orange, as that's the primary color of his Pseudo-Rider suit. With all that out of the way, I hope you enjoy my breakdown of... Kamen Rider Reiwa Generations: Saber & Zero-One Get a Clue! We get a rather explosive opening right off the bat, with the top floor windows of the Hiden Intelligence building shattering as a fireball shoots out from inside. A mysterious figure appearing to be the cause as it soon begins to freefall down the side of the skyscraper. The camera soon shows that said figure is holding onto a Red colored version of the Zero-One Driver, though we don't get to see the face of whoever this person is. Not one to take this lying down, Kamen Rider Zero-One is quick to appear on the scene, driving down the side of his own office headquarters on the Rise Hopper while somehow not damaging any of the windows he's driving down. Guess he's not too concerned with collateral damage given the stunt being pulled here. But he's not alone in that, because meanwhile, driving up the same building and towards the thief is Kamen Rider Saber on Daigo Speedy, and both Riders are closing in, fast. "Hope this works..." The Driver Thief soon slaps a Wonder Ride Book onto the Red Driver, and the two actually interface! A digital-looking(as in it has like tech-lines surrounding it, not as in its CGI, which it is) portal soon opens up infront of him, which he falls into, with it quickly closing behind him, just out of the Rider's' grasps. The two then proceed to bike-hop down to the ground before undoing their transformations. Seems like Aruto and Touma are already acquainted, as the two don't seem at all surprised to see one another and talk somewhat casually. Was there originally gonna be promo material in the lead up to this film? Anyway, the two express some frustration in how the thief got away, and Touma asks what exactly it was that was stolen. Aruto exposits that it was an experimental Driver that his company was working on. Designed to interface with their new, upcoming satellite, Satellite Weer, which is a super satellite that will be capable of all sorts of technological marvels once it's fully up and running. So that Driver getting stolen is very bad news. We transition to one of the offices in the Hiden Building, and, thankfully, Hiden Intelligence has atleast a little foresight, as tracking the Driver isn't too difficult. Izu(yes, I'll be using Romanizations for the most part in order to try and ease some confusion) as already tracked it, though the exact coordinates provided by both Satellites Zea and Weer are noted to be a little strange. Aruto doesn't pay it any mind though and is ready and willing to go wherever is needed, and Touma says he's got no problem tagging along. As a pre-caution though, Aruto leaves the Zero-One Driver with Izu so she can run things at Hiden while he's gone, and the way the scene is shot makes sure to emphasize him grabbing both the Zero-Two Driver as well as a small yet hefty looking black box. And so the two are off! Where exactly are they headed? I dunno! I'm just glad that we get to see more Rider Bike action, even if it is just them driving down a long road. But hey, we get a nice change of scenery atleast, as I'm told that alot of the outdoorsy scenes, including this driving bit, are actually filmed on Japan's' Izu Island Chain, which, while a fun reference/pun, is one I dunno that alot of people would really get immediately? But whatever, it's pretty atleast. Dunno who directed this film, but good work! But we're getting off topic, because as our two heroes continue to drive, the Book Gate begins to react in a strange way. The same type of portal that the thief escaped through soon opens up right in front of the Riders, and with no time to react, they drive right through it, ending up in another world entirely. Seems they're stuck there too, because both quickly stop their bikes and attempt to turn around, but the portal closes right as they do. The two remove their helmets in order to get a better look around, and their reactions couldn't be more different. A huge smile forms on Aruto's' face, whereas Touma more glances around in confusion. Because you see, the world they've ended up in is one that looks as though it was modeled out things a small child would associate with. Building blocks, crayon drawings, it's like something out of a story book. Touma wonders aloud where exactly the two have ended up, and Aruto responds he might have an idea, but he doesn't know for sure. Touma then gets the idea to try and open the Book Gate, but it strangely enough doesn't work. Aruto attempts to contact Izu via his cell phone, but the signal is very weak, so it looks like communication is cut off for the time being as well. With no other real options, the two agree to look around and try and get a feel for the area. There are buildings around, so maybe they can ask the locals about if they've seen the guy they're after, or at the very least a way home. As they begin their journey, I should note that this world is very obviously a green screen, and that amuses me greatly. Not like that's totally outside of Saber's' wheelhouse anyway. I've seen Superhero Chronicles! As the two walk, they soon begin to pass a small house on a hill. It?s mainly yellow in color, with two windows, a red roof, and a big purple door on the front. The two really don't pay it any mind, that is, until they hear a voice call out to them. In English, surprisingly. "Hey there! You got a sec? Sorry to bother you." The two Riders turn around, and Aruto's' face immediately lights up, whereas Touma keeps a pretty neutral expression. "I was just wondering if you've seen Blue, my puppy?" Aruto can't help but keep smiling like a fanboy, while Touma takes a quick glance around before eyeing a blue, CGI puppy in the distance and pointing at her. "Oh, there she is." Blue waves in the distance, and our third main character, Josh, smiles and waves back to her before turning back to our heroes. "Thanks! Hey, we were just about to have snack time. You wanna join us?" Before Touma can say much of anything, Aruto jumps in and accepts. Josh is elated, and he turns to lead the way up the hill to his house. On the way, Aruto tells Touma that this guy seems nice, and it'd be a good way to ask about where they are and, hey, maybe he's seen the guy that they're looking for. Touma just kinda shrugs and goes along with it. The scene then transitions to the three inside, sitting at a table that's hilariously small for adults, with graham crackers and glasses of milk being served to everyone. Blue the puppy included. Josh introduces himself before noting that he hasn't seen Aruto or Touma around Story Book World before, and asks them to tell him about themselves. And while introductions are going, Aruto talking about how's a CEO and comedian, Touma being a writer and book store owner, that I should probably note that Aruto and Touma remain speaking in Japanese whereas Josh talks in English. I can only assume that the final version of this movie would've featured subtitles to help people get over this hurdle. That, plus some other bits really show that this copy of the movie isn't done, because the audio mixing is rather off. This made it hard for Fish to translate some things, and other lines were rendered impossible (usually because the ADR hadn't been fully added yet). Josh responds to the two that he loves both books and jokes, and Aruto is quick to tell one. What that joke is though I dunno because it's one of those lines missing from the cut. It still keeps Aruto's' catchphrase of "Aruto ja naito!" though. Josh laughs and asks if he can try with Aruto being more than happy to say yes. "What does a sprinter eat before a race?" Touma and Aruto both don't respond, just looking confused. "Nothing! They fast!" Josh then does Aruto's' signature twirl and point. "What a work of Joshua!" There's a brief silence before everyone in the room begins to giggle, followed by full on laughter. Once the laughter dies down, Touma remembers what they originally came in here for, but right as he's about to tell Josh why they're here... "Maaiiill Tiiimme!" The Mail Time song begins to play, with once again Touma looking around confused and Aruto looking like he's having the time of his life. "The mail's here!" Josh immediately gets up to sing and dance, and the expressions on Aruto and Touma do not change. During the sequence, every other living thing in the house begins to gather. The Spice Family, Tickety, Slippery, etc. And once Mailbox comes in through the window, Josh receives a letter! 'We just got a letter! We just got a letter!" Who is it from? It's from Rainbow Puppy, who in a video message tells Josh that he's been selected to audition for a Broadway show downtown and that auditions start at 3 sharp, so don't be late! Everyone begins to cheer, with Aruto and Touma soon standing up to inquire about what's going on. Josh explains that it's always been his dream to be in a Broadway show, ever since he's been a little kid (there's even a small flashback of a kid Josh singing his heart out to emphasize this). And now, he has a real chance at making that dream come true! The two Riders congratulate him, with Aruto even noting that helping people real eyez their dreams is a something he's passionate about. Josh reacts positively at the thought that his new friends will help him out, and in his excitement begins to pace about the house, thinking aloud about what he should pack, if he should do vocal warm-ups, and a bunch of other trailing off thoughts. Touma meanwhile pulls Aruto aside and asks the comedian if this is really the best move. Josh is nice and all, but the two have a mission to accomplish. Aruto then explains that he knows what this world is. The two have somehow stumbled into the world of Blue's Clues. A TV show that Aruto loved growing up. Aruto explains that after his dad, Soreo, passed, Aruto was taken care of by other Humagear employees at the company his grandfather ran. And growing up, Blue's Clues was one of the few comforts he had in helping him to recover from the trauma of what happened to Soreo. There's a brief clip here of a kid Aruto watching Steve from the original run of Blue's Clues on the TV too. He then asks if Touma ever had a show he felt super attached to. Touma's' response is unfortunately one of those where the audio balance really hit bad, but given he's a book nerd, ontop of the small flashback we get of him reading as a kid, leads me to believe he responds that he was too busy reading Lord of the Rings as a kid to pay much attention to television. Still, Touma relents, even noting that given how the thief escaped in the first place, letting him run around freely in Story Book World probably isn't a good thing for much of anyone. Josh returns soon after, with Touma stopping him to ask the question that the Riders have been meaning to this entire time. "Say, Josh, we're looking for-" Aruto cuts Touma off: "-A friend of ours! We got separated. Have you seen him?" Aruto holds up his cell phone to Josh, which presumably has a picture of the culprit. Josh stares at it for a quick second before shaking his head. "No, I'm sorry. What about you, Blue?" Blue then does her iconic spin, before leaping right at Touma and smacking him on the left side of his chest, leaving him both stunned and with a big, blue paw print on his shirt before trotting off. "Haha! Great idea, Blue! While we go to the audition, let's play Blue's Clues to figure out where our missing friend went!" Touma, recovering from the smack, asks why they should play a game to figure this out. Aruto is quick to respond that it's a really great game! Plus, why not have some fun while they go downtown? With majority ruling in favor of the fun adventure, everyone grabs their jackets and shoes before heading out the door. One thing to note though is that as Josh opened his letter earlier, something fell out of it that he didn't notice. Touma sees this item on the ground as he heads for the door. It's a blank Wonder Ride Book. But before he can think too hard about it, he's called out to by the others, so he quickly stuffs the item into his left jacket pocket before catching up to the others. Touma calls out to Josh. "Hey, Josh, did you forget your..." "Oh, right! My handy dandy notebook! I'll be right back!" As Josh scurries back into the house, Aruto talks to Touma again, saying that Story Book World is a place of wonder and childhood innocence, so it'd probably be best to keep Josh in the dark as much as possible. Touma responds that he figured that that's what was going on when Aruto interrupted him questioning Josh earlier, and agrees. Josh is too good of a guy to be burdened by a potentially apocalyptic scenario. Especially on such a big day for him as this is. Josh returns and Touma asks how exactly one plays Blue's Clues. This leads into the song every episode of Blue's Clues has wherein Josh explains the rules of the game to the audience: You have to look for pawprints that Blue has stamped, which are in turn items that qualify as clues to what Blue is trying to say. Find three clues, have them jotted down in Josh's' Handy Dandy Notebook, and you'll be able to solve the mystery! It's a fun meta gag here though, and even throughout alot of the movie, as while certain camera angles are shot the same way they are in Josh's' show, with Josh facing the camera, the camera will often swing around or other characters will step on screen to show that Josh is actually talking to them, not us necessarily. Once the song routine is done, the three set off on the two Rider Machines. Aruto driving the Rise Hopper with Josh riding in back, and Touma driving Daigo Speedy with Blue sitting in his lap. Once they begin to hit the heart of downtown though, Josh calls out for them to stop for a bit. Aruto asks what's wrong, and Josh notes that he's actually pretty nervous about the audition. Touma then asks if there's anything they can do to help, or if Josh has anything he usually does to brighten his spirits. Now, something I should note for those who might not've guessed already: This movie is actually a musical. And the songs in it are actually legit good! However, don't expect me to type out every lyric or detail every dance move, because not only do I not have the writing know-how for that, but if I even tried to, this post would be about triple the length that it's already gonna end up being. As such, I'll just hit what I consider major highlights. Sound fair? So of course here's where we get our first big musical sequence! Featuring Josh dancing around the city, interacting with cast extras, and Aruto and even Touma eventually jumping in to dance along. It's very high energy and very fun. During the sequence, Aruto passes his phone to someone to take a picture of him, Touma, and Josh together, and once he gets the phone back, Aruto sees that while the signal is still too weak to do much of anything, it does seem to be getting better the deeper they go into the city. Another thing to note, and I'll only note it here, is that there are some dark details in every song and dance number. Not in the lyrics, but in the sequences themselves. There's a few moments where Josh is about to witness a scene of carnage nearby, but his view gets blocked or redirected via the efforts of Aruto and/or Touma, sometimes while still dancing along. That's dedication! It's after this first big number that the trio stumble upon the first clue: A piano. They nearly miss it too due to how much fun they're having together. After Josh draws the piano in his notebook, he confesses to his friends that while the song and dance helps, he is still nervous. Aruto explains that that's normal. Everyone gets a little antsy whenever something big is about to happen. "Really? Even a big shot comedian like you?" "...Yeah! It can be tough to appeal to such a big crowd, you know!" Aruto then goes on to talk a little about when he was first getting started(with accompanying flashback!), and how the road to where he is now was hard, but in alot of ways it was also a ton of fun. Letting nervousness and anticipation get in the way of you trying new things will only hold you back on realizing your dreams. So just take a big leap to the sky and take off towards your dream! Touma doesn't have much to say here, but it's easy to see him nodding in approval in the background. Josh hugs Aruto(taking Aruto a bit by surprise), and thanks Aruto for the reassurance. The three continue on their way. Yes, without the bikes. Kind of unexpectedly, we then cut to a scene shot from the point of view of the thief from the start of the movie. He falls out of the portal he created, and quickly takes a look around to get his bearings. He exhales in relief before monologuing to himself, saying how so far his plan is working out and that now, all he needs to do is make his way towards the highest point in the city. As he sets off, the camera focus shifts, revealing Josh's' house in the background. Back with our trio, they're in a park area now, and they find the second clue actually rather quickly. The paw print this time being on an outdoor stage. Josh notes it down without a second thought, but Aruto and Touma are pretty quick to piece together what exactly this might mean. Aruto asks Josh to go get the group some snacks from a nearby stand, and says that while the line might be long, they have plenty of time to still make it to the audition. Josh agrees without any sort of argument. Touma doesn't waste any time, asking Aruto what exactly the two are supposed to do since it's pretty obvious that the clues mean that the thief is most likely hiding out in the very theater that the group is headed towards. Up to now things have been smooth sailing, but there's no way they can keep Josh in the dark if there ends up being a head on confrontation waiting for them. This results in another flashback, wherein we see an armored warrior raiding a Sword of Logos base and making swift work of all the swordsmen there, before quickly transitioning to his raid on Hiden Intelligence, wherein he also made quick work of AIMs. This is our establishing scene as to why only Aruto and Touma are around, as every other Rider in their casts is recovering from their injuries. Also something to note is that whenever the group has been separated, Blue herself has stayed by the Riders and taking in their conversations. Not barking or interrupting in any way, just observing. Otherwise she's just been having a good time with everyone. Dancing along and whatnot. Josh soon returns, and the three sit down on a nearby park bench, enjoying some baked pretzels. Josh sighs, as he still isn't sure if he'll be good enough. He's never done anything like this before, you know? What if he auditions and fails to get the part? But this time, it's Touma's' turn for reassurance. Touma tells Josh that life is a journey; a series of stories. And while we won't always know the endings, it's important that we keep true to ourselves so that way we might be able to create the outcome we want. And if not, then we get back up and keep trying. Josh takes the advice to heart. So much so it leads into another musical number. Touma and Aruto are alot quicker about joining in this time around, but man, I gotta feel bad for poor Touma here. Because while the sequence is every bit as fun as the previous one, part of what goes on is that some balloons somehow end up tied around Touma's' ankle, resulting in him slowly floating up into the sky with no real way to get down. It's funny, but man, poor guy has just been getting abused this entire movie. But hey, it's fine. He ends up falling face first back down to the ground once the balloons pop as the song ends. I will forever be a sucker for classic slapstick. Things aren't so funny for Aruto though, as when he tries to approach Josh, clearly with some idea of redirecting him away from the theater idea, Josh takes note of the time on a nearby clock, crying out that they're gonna be late at this rate, and quickly rushes off towards his planned destination. Aruto and Touma have no real choice but to run after him. As the three run into the theater, something is very obviously off. The lights, mainly. But not just that. The building is obviously empty, there's more and more of a mess the further they go in, and there's even a bit where, as Josh continues to call out if anyone is around, Aruto and Touma glance into a side room wherein art supplies are scattered all over the floor, and red spots and splashes cover the surrounding walls. The three eventually reach the main stage, where the lights are dim, and there's not a soul to be found. Silence soon fills the air. "It looks like we were too late." "Late? No, we hurried here, we can't be late! I can't have missed my one chance, I can't..." This scene took me incredibly by surprise. Josh actually kneels over on the stage, tears beginning to well in his eyes as he realizes that all of the singing and dancing along the way is what caused him to miss the chance at his big dream. He climbs up the steps onto the stage, and slumps down on the piano chair, defeated. The vibrant energy he exuded throughout most of the film now gone. "Maybe my dream to be in theater was just that... a dream..." Aruto and Touma are at a loss for words, not knowing how to respond. Touma's' keen eye kicks in again though, this time catching a glimpse of the thief running off to make his escape from the theater. Touma instinctively goes to give chase, but is held back by Aruto, who once again pulls him off to the side for a personal talk. It's true they need to catch the one who caused wreckage across both worlds, but they also can't just leave Josh here to suffer alone. They agree that Aruto will stay and tend to Josh, while Touma chases after the Driver Thief. Before Touma leaves, Aruto gives Touma the black box we saw Aruto pick up earlier. He tells Touma that it's something that Touma should use if a fight breaks out, as it'll have less of a chance of causing a panic than Touma summoning a giant dragon in the middle of town. Touma nods in approval, and runs off to chase after the thief. Aruto and Blue then go and sit down next to Josh, not saying a word. Just trying their best to comfort him with their presence. Transition to outside, where Touma actually catches up to the thief in the middle of the park area from earlier. Thankfully though, everyone seems to have cleared out in the time that the trio has been gone. The figure turns around, the Pseudo-Rider suit seen earlier in the flashback forming over his body as he stands tall, posturing infront of Touma. "You're too late, Rider! I've already won!" Touma draws his sword in defense, ready for a fight. "What's this all about? Who even are you!?" "You can call me Deivostar. And with the magic from Wonder World combined with the technology of Hiden Intel, I can finally create the world that I've always dreamed of!" Deivostar then equips the Red Zero-One Driver onto his suit, and scans the Wonder Ride Book from earlier with it. This doesn't change his appearance at all, but rather begins to fill him with immense energy, causing an updraft that blows Touma back a bit. Deivostar throws the Ride Book at Touma's' feet, now clearly done with it. "Now stand back, as I give this world a much needed dose of reality." Touma is not impressed by these words, and instead opens the box that Aruto gave him earlier. Inside is a Slashriser, and a Progrise Key with Kamen Rider Saber's' profile on it. Touma equips the Driver without hesitation, and readies the Key for use. WRITE! SABER'S ABILITY! AUTHOR-RISE! SLASH RISE! THE BURNING, HOLY SWORD! Rekka Wielding Saber! Rewriting fate with a blade in hand. Kamen Rider Saber-One is an interesting looking suit. It's like if you took the undersuit of Zero-One and slapped the oversuit of Saber ontop of it. Or atleast that's the best way I can think of to describe it. Regardless, the fight is on. Touma's' swordplay against Deivostar's' weapon summoning. Because yeah, he can do that apparently. More specifically he plays around with the various Attache weapons from Zero-One proper. And while Saber-One puts up a good fight, it's clear that Deivostar holds the advantage. Interspliced with the fight, we cut back to Josh and Aruto. Aruto's' phone sounds a small alert. The signal is at full strength! And on his phone he can see that Satellite Weer is actually monitoring the fight between Touma and Deivostar. Aruto closes the window showing the fight, and resolves to stay focused on Josh. And after what seems like a long bout of silence, Josh begins to speak. "I don't know what to do." -EXTERIOR: PARK- Saber-One falls to the ground, his transformation becoming undone. He's lost. Deivostar laughs in triumph. "Now watch, as I make my dream a reality!" A beam then shoots down from Satellite Weer, transporting Deivostar and Touma into a digital planescape, which soon fills with the image of outer space. The Earth looming in the background, and Deivostar and Touma both standing on adjacent moons, yet still able to breathe, see, and hear everything going around them. -INTERIOR: THEATER- Aruto then puts his arm around Josh's' shoulder in a sign of companionship. As well as doing his best to keep a smile on his face. "I think you should keep heading towards your dream." "Even though I messed up? Even though it's over now?" -EXTERIOR: SPACE?- Touma calls out to Deivostar, asking why he's doing all of this. Deivostar simply replies that as he's gone through life, he's realized how cold, uncaring, and unfair it is. And as such, places so full of happiness like Story Book World disgust him. If he has to face the cold grimness of reality, then so too should everyone else. And with that, he waves his hand towards the Earth, which soon begins to become covered in a dark shadow. We then get to see the effects of this, with many residents of the world becoming sad and downtrodden. -INTERIOR: THEATER- "No, Josh. It's only over if you give up. There's only one person who can decide how this story ends, and that's you." Aruto then helps Josh up, and motions to the still set up stage that they're currently standing in the middle of. "Sing, Josh." Josh takes a look at both Aruto and Blue, who are both doing their best to be supportive. He nods, closes his eyes, takes a deep breath, and tries to focus. Blue then takes this time to Skidoo into a nearby painting of space, which in turn leads to the dimension that the battle is currently taking place in. And more specifically, Blue pops out of Touma's' jacket pocket. The same one he stuffed the blank Wonder Ride Book in earlier. Touma pulls it out, and sees the scene unfolding with Josh back in Story Book World. "Hands up, head down..." "Josh, no..." "It's kinda hard, to get things right..." "C'mon Josh, you can do this..." As Josh falls silent once more, Aruto gets an idea. He pulls his phone back out and starts rapidly typing in some commands. Deivostar, meanwhile, finds everything about this scenario amusing. "Ha! You see? Even your weak, stupid, and pathetic symbol of hope has fallen to the cruelty of reality! Happy endings are a complete joke ontop of a total lie. Life is all about beating you down with disappointment!" Touma shakes his head in disappointment and disbelief. As he stands at the ready, he picks up the Ride Book that Deivostar threw away earlier. He then equips his Seiken Swordriver, and pulls out his Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book. "There's nothing wrong with seeking out our dreams, or the things that bring us joy!" Touma equips the Brave Dragon Book, then pulling out the Book that Deivostar threw away. It's AI Chronicle, a Legend Rider item featuring Kamen Rider Zero-One on it. "Josh isn't weak, stupid, or pathetic! He's one of the most kind-hearted people I've ever met in my life!" Touma equips AI Chronicle, and immediately after Blue then Skiidoos back into Touma's' pocket, causing it the glow. Touma pulls out the once blank Ride Book, which has now transformed into Life's Mysteries, a Book with Blue's' pawprint on the cover. This is the third Clue. Touma smiles briefly before setting the book in the middle slot of the driver. "And now I'm going to show what he taught me: That happiness is magic! I won't give up now!" These words echo out, and seem to reach Josh back on "Earth." Josh's' mood elevates a bit, and he begins to truly sing from his heart. "Don't give, up now..." With all three Books equipped, Touma then draws the Seiken Sword, causing all three books to open, and a brand new form for Saber to be unleashed. "I know my dreams are worth this fight.." "Unsheath the magic!" "And I can feel my world changing." "Henshin!" "Like my dreams are enchanted!" As Josh's' song continues to sync with the actions of Touma, Aruto has set things up so that Josh's' performance is broadcast all over Story Book World. Satellite Weer having interfaced with displays all across the land. "Is it the lucky charm in my pocket? Or someone I've always been?" "Techno-Wonder Mystery!" "Maybe I'm magic!" "Rekka: Infinite Volumes! When magic, technology, and dreams meet, happiness will spread across the land!" "Maybe I'm magical, something incredible!" "Happiness. Is. Magic!" "If what I'm feeling is true, the magic's in you!" Saber's' new form: Techno-Wonder Mystery is fully realized, and soon the rematch between Deivostar and Touma breaks out as Josh continues to sing his song. It's a really cool sequence too. Josh's' song and dance causes color and joy to slowly be brought back to the World, meanwhile the fight between Saber and Deivostar features over the top action such as Deivostar hurling giant asteroids at Saber, only for Saber to in turn cleave right through them while dual wielding Rekka and the Attache Calibur. The fight comes to an end when the final lyric of Josh's' song is punctuated with Saber flying in on Deivostar, and palming his chest at high speed, leaving one of Blue's' pawprints right on Deivostar's' heart. It's here that Deivostar's' memories begin to flood Touma's' mind. Deivostar was once a young man named Dave, who dreamed of composing music for big budget Hollywood movies. However, his dreams continued to fall short, with him really only being able to make a living off of what he considered side-gigs. One day though, his talents were recognized by the creators of Blue's Clues, and he proceeded to compose nearly every iconic song in the show. But as life went on, Dave would find that his only work that got any sort of recognition were those songs he made for the show. So when the show ended, he was essentially out of any work that he was passionate about. And life's' depressing claws would soon work their way into him, leading to the man he is now. Snap back to reality, and Deivostar and Saber have been transported back down to Story Book World, with Saber having Deivostar pinned to the ground. "Do it. Free me from this eternal suffering. No one will even remember my name!" Instead, Touma rips the Driver away from Deivostar before undoing his transformation as Saber, and then tells Dave to come with him. Dave does so, undoing his own transformation as well. Touma drives Dave around on Daigo Speedy, talking to him and showing him that even if Dave didn't make it as a movie composer, he still created songs that children the world over recognized, loved, and could sing with ease. To the point that even as they got older and had their own children, they would in turn pass those songs down. That is an incredible gift to the world, and an achievement that shouldn't be taken lightly. Dave remains silent for a bit, before beginning to break down, tears welling in his eyes. Touma hugs him, noting to himself in his head and he can feel Dave's' happiness returning. Dave wants to live. Touma drives the two back to the theater, meeting up with Aruto and Josh. Josh is in bright spirits again, and he asks Touma where he went. Touma responds that he found the friend they were looking for, and went with him to help broadcast Josh's' performance around town. "You guys did all that for me?" "It's the least we could do after how much you helped us! Maybe you didn't get the part in the broadway show you wanted, but atleast you got to put on a show of your own, right?" Josh brings everyone together in a group hug, and affirms that today was overall a great day, and that life really is about the adventure. We transition back to Josh's' house, where everyone is preparing to part ways. Touma plans to go back to running his book store, and maybe write a novel based on the adventure the three have had. Aruto talks about how there's still alot of work to be done on Satellite Weer, and that he plans to set off to work on it directly right away(even gripping his Zero-Two Driver for emphasis). Josh expresses his thanks to his friends once more, and as Aruto goes to create the portal back home, he can't help but look and feel a bit sad. Josh tells him that there's nothing to be sad about. They'll always be friends, and he and Touma are free to visit anytime. "But now it's time for so long." "But we'll sing just one more song." "Thanks for doing your part." "You sure are smart!" "You know with we and you," "And my dog Blue!" "We can do anything, that we wanna do!" The three embrace once again, with Aruto and Touma stepping through the portal soon after. They wave goodbye to one another, and as the portal begins to close, Josh can be heard saying one last thing. "So long, Masked Riders!" Aruto and Touma stare at eachother in disbelief as the portal closes right infront of them, and can't help but laugh soon afterward. The two shake hands and part ways, off to continue their own stories. The end. The credits sequence is actually really interesting. It starts off with the three lead actors and Blue doing the Happy Puppy Dance from Blue's Clues & You, but then transitions into "Video Killed the Radio Star" by The Buggles, which is a song that weirdly perfectly described Deivostar's' backstory? Never expected to hear it in a product related to either Kamen Rider or Blue's Clues, regardless. And once the credits reach their end, we see a full shot of Josh, Aruto, and Touma as kids, the same stills we saw earlier, only now put together, revealing that the three actually shared the same classroom at one point in their lives. A rather sweet sendoff. Ending Notes And that's that. I did a little digging on this crossover, and from little I could find, it seems that while the movie was permanently locked away, the effort that went into making it didn't go to waste. Alot of its footage and a majority of its songs got repurposed for Blue's Big City Adventure, which probably also helped to bring Steve and Joe, the previous hosts of the show, back into things, as a way to replace Aruto and Touma. Not to mention that movie actually turned out rather good in the end, so I ain't complainin'. As a side note, in reality alot of Blue's Clues' music was composed by Michael Rubin, who might have the same backstory as Dave, but I doubt it. When it comes to the Kamen Rider side of things, it is a shame that Zero-One and Saber would never get a full on crossover in any form, but atleast Zero-One got to be around in spirit via the Neo Hopper Genome in Beyond Generations, the Saber and Revice crossover. Well, that's about all I got. Hope you enjoyed this look into the weird ways that crossovers can form, and I wish you all a happy April Fools Day!

What joke?
I only half kid when I ask that. This whole thing actually started as a one-off joke between me and a friend, but then like, the more I thought about it, the more I was like "Wait, hold on, this could actually work." Glad you guys seem to enjoy it though, haha.

Hehe, yes, I enjoyed it, though. I was able to enjoy it because I took help from this website, and they saved me so much time to enjoy it. They are a writing service provider https://domypaper.com/ website. I hired a professional writer from there, and after that, they did it all. If you are also a student and need help with your writing work, then you can visit them.
