I'm scared to jump into Decade. Sure it sounds like it has great fights but there’s more to a show then that. From what I hear, Decade attempt ed a story and failed. I'm not ready to jump into a series filled with despair and disappointment at every corner.

There is more to Decade than good fights, the last ten or so episodes do have the show falling apart a bit as the show runs out of track, but the visits to the nine worlds are all interesting even if the show never quite achieves what it sets out to do in every world. Whoever told you Decade is, 'a series filled with despair and disappointment at every corner.' needs to stop taking so many drama lessons and calm down.

Super-1 Episode 31: Interesting episode, with a far more effective plan from Jin Dogma. Turning people to their cause by capturing them with hair spray. I thought Super-1 actually got captured here but glad he didn't. More great action, Princess Yokai seems to be the most effective general so far, and one of the cuter ones too. I liked the use of Elektro and Hot and Cold Hands here too. very Showa era here, I'm hoping something like X and Stronger happens here but I think I'm hoping for too much.

I'm not one to bash, but take it easy. Most forum members that are fairly new here now, don't know your situation even a person like myself. I suggested torrent Madoka Magica Rebellion Story, and you went off on me when I had no idea you couldn't or won't. I'm not sure what your beef is with Torrent nor am I asking for explanation, but it would be nice if you don't go off on people rudely that doesn't know your reasoning behind "why".

If you're gonna do this every time someone suggests a torrent to you, start telling people you can't torrent and stop expecting every single poster to either know or remember it.

Amazon is really, really fun. It's not the best of the early 70s Rider shows, but it is very interesting for how unique it is. Amazon is a brutal fighter and many of his fights include clawing, biting, and ripping the enemy's limbs off. The special effects are hilariously cheesy now, but the brutality still comes through. Amazon himself is a really interesting character, too: he's a jungle savage who followed his enemy (who has one of the most inventive monster designs ever) to civilization. He spends the first part of the series running around in a loincloth and he doesn't learn to speak proper Japanese until about halfway through the show.
It's definitely a show worth trying out, and as the shortest Rider series ever it's not a huge time commitment if you want to go through the whole thing. |

Yeah, I had an absolute blast with Amazon. It makes some odd story choices toward the tail end, but it's a really fun show that doesn't outstay its welcome.
