This is why, despite not really getting much development, Dezast is quickly becoming one of my favorite Kamen Rider villains. Ranting about your twisted philosophy or smugly arranging your master plan is cool too, but it's nice to sometimes have a villain who's just having fun with it!
Also I like the implication that he somehow got a phone XD |

We still have absolutely zero details on the powerup item that's scheduled to release just after the item that's supposed to control Primitive Dragon.
I'm thinking it's an upgrade for Blades - perhaps something with a more futuristic theme in contrast to Primitive Dragon's fossil theme? King Lion DaiSenki already has a bit of a tech look to it - maybe they'll take it a step further. Last edited by Chasing; 02-04-2021 at 05:22 AM.. |

I guess that Desast has the same motives for fighting as Parado. Both fighting the protagonists because "it's fun". I bet soon, Desast is going to join the Sword of Logos team. Hey, he will have eternal abilities to spar with the Sword of Logos Riders. That would be perfect for him. And imagine if they were to start the ability to convert the Alter Ride Books into Wonder Ride Books. Yeah, I may have watched way too much MatPat of Game Theory, Film Theory, and Food Theory (Yeah, he got Food Theory).

Another possibility is that he was a swordsman for the Southern Base, and/or was involved in whatever corruption there is within the organisation. |

Kamijou has also killed swordsmen plural, and he was a member of the SoL. It’s entirely possible that he used to be far calmer until something made him snap. Perhaps not likely, but possible.

He used to be a good guy. Desast has apparently killed swordsmen from the Sword of Logos. He could also have been different once. That’s the comparison. Hell, Hayate seems to have been a lovely man and wonderful father, but he jumped off the deep end at some point, seeing as he was willing to sacrifice an innocent little girl. And there is also the fact that, I say again as you elected to ignore it, that the Sword of Logos itself is clearly not completely a good organisation in it - Reika is clearly up to no good, and it’s possible that Desast, and/or other evil swordsman worked with her, or still work with her outside of the Northern Base’s gaze. Again, I’m not a hard stan for the idea or anything, but you’re being more than a little facetious to say ‘he’s killed people so he can’t ever have been a good person’ when Kamijo did exactly that and Hayate was intending to, and both were with the SoL. Hell, even Cross-Z New World tried to make Evolto sympathetic, although it was terribly done in my opinion. Last edited by The Chaos Entity; 02-04-2021 at 10:44 PM.. |

For those who wonder, it was just connecting Parado to Desast. It's a case of "Who the heck knows?" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It might occur. Seriously, after all of the plot twists and turns during Zero One, ANYTHING is fair game. It's just the likelihood of this being the case is rather unlikely. Though, DarkTidalWave on DeviantArt has created this. So anything could happen. It's just whether or not it is likely. |

Kamijo killed Kento, who was a swordsman from the Sword of Logos.

Hell, even Cross-Z New World tried to make Evolto sympathetic, although it was terribly done in my opinion. I agree that there's a possibility that Desast could get a redemption. Cross-Z New World turned Evolt in to an antihero, but not really a sympathetic one since the only reason he left Earth was since his son basically told him to get lost. Evolt is still a pretty terrible guy and he only looks sympathetic compared to Killbus, who is insane. Desast might be a similar case, a villain who is charming, funny, has his own blog (hopefully he at least makes better coffee!) and just happens to want to murder swordsmen for the hell of it. I'll support his redemption, if it's done right and not OOC. Fukuda defied expectations with Adel's redemption, making sure it happened gradually and realistically with surprisingly good results, so I have faith. I even think Zooous could get a redemption.
