Small theory time: all the Legend Rider stamps we’ve seen so far are Heisei, comprising a total of 9. Not even a Saber or 01 in that hefty number. There is the #1 stamp but that’s part of a special 50th anniversary set that hasn’t been seen in any promotional material for the show (maybe he’ll use it in a TTFC special or something?)
So, basically: what if the different eras are split between different Riders, with our later secondary getting Reiwa and a later third getting Showa? Reiwa has only two riders which fits with secondaries not getting many auxiliary items of their own (it could even be a new type of stamp ala Woz), and with the Showa guy I could see him being like Ghost Grateful where all 15 Showa Riders are in his belt without items. Individual Showa Stamps would of course still be sold through GP and SG and maybe other special promotions like #1’s stamp. Revi got Heisei because that’s the one with the largest variety of riders that are also easily marketable to kids on their own, hence forming the core toyline; which easily leaves the other two to smaller more self-contained gimmicks that extra belts tend to employ. This isn’t backed up by anything solid so far of course, but it’s just very notable to me that Revi is exclusively Heisei stamps in the show right now and this seems to me to be how they’d take an anniversary toyline.

Kuuga, Faiz and Decade were also the only Phase 1 Riders in Zi-O to get Armor Times. When you add Den-O, it seems like there's some popularity involved with the ViStamps. Fourze was very close to beating OOO in merchandise sales until the last quarter and Zi-O is the bestseller of them all.

I wonder how many riders there’ll be in this series.
Plus if I’m to guess the animals from each ViceStamp…
Seeing as none of the animal themes make any sense for the Rider’s themes, I doubt Kabuto or Kiva will be any different. |

Supposedly (as in random twitter users have started claiming): The ViStamps we've seen so far are all based on Heisei Riders and animals because the person at Fenix who invented them (the guy with the glasses and wild outfit) is in-universe a Kamen Rider fan, with the Heisei Riders in general being his favorite.
Assuming that idea turns out to be true, then the in-universe reason for the random animal and rider pairings (other than Revice being the 50th anniversary) is that the ViStamps were supposed to be like the ProgRise keys, but then the inventor went ahead started cramming in Rider designs/motifs too because he thought it would be cool (akin to how Ryoma added sound effects into the sengoku drivers and lockseeds). |

I'm going to jump the gun with these speculations.
Aguilera had a crappy childhood, doesn't believe in love, and doesn't entertain the idea of family. This all sounds like set up for a redemption arc, maybe around Q2. What if, it's a big if, what if she becomes a rider? Aguilera didn't have her kaijin form revealed, which is pretty odd considering the Deadmen are similar to the Megid being kaijin generals, why hide hers? Simple, cuz it's a rider. My crackpot theory is that she's the/a Q2 rider or shares the same belt as the Q2 rider. Either way, I like female generals. They cool. I do think it's interesting they didn't show her kaijin form. |

If another rider uses 01/Giraffe, I really hope their form looks like Sparking Giraffe.
