I don't think it was dubbed, so I would assume it's overall the same. Were there really any big sound changes, until W came along this year?

I bought the korean kunai gun, so since its sound effects are just slashes and laser blast it should be fine, but i'm mainly interested to find out of the belt's voice was dubbed over

Yeah, the Korean Kabuto Zector has the same voice. Unless they got a great sound alike, they seem to be the same voice.

The Korean toys are pretty much always identical to the Japanese versions. The only major difference I can think of offhand is that the cards that came with the DecaDriver looked a little different (in a way that made them more show accurate, if memory serves).

Yeah, they haven't really had any big changes until W. To my knowledge.

I want to say that's about right, Though i do remember hearing there was a random den-o role play item that got dubbed over for some reason, but it was a one-off case
