Bandai is undoubtedly working on these at the moment, so what would you like to see from the Figuarts line for this TV Series?
It appears to me that Gaim Orange Arms form will have to come with both of his swords (orange sword + gun/sword); if those can't combine, then a separate combined staff, his Lockseed driver belt accessories, hands. The BIG question is whether he will have removable chest, shoulder, and helmet parts. Easy money is on Bandai making us buy a complete Orange Arms figure, then a complete Pineapple figure, and complete figures for each fruit form . . . but they COULD just have removable armor bits and release an armor pack. Wishful thinking, eh? I don't know what upgrades are in store for other characters or how much they'll be featured. I expect the first for Riders will be mass releases, with all future characters as Tamashii exclusives. |

I doubt he'll be able to remove his armor.

Figuarts normally focuses are accuracy above anything else. If there is a gimmick to a rider, it's normally gutted so that it can be as clean and accurate to the on screen suit as possible. Take OOO for example, the design of it was to come apart at three segments and be able to switch with other armour pieces but when the figuarts were released that gimmick was no where to be found... But that didn't stop people from trying.

I dont want them to make the armor removable. Itd be silly for them to imo. Plus itd look a whole lot better if they didnt have to focus on the gimmick.

My guess is that Orange Arms will be a mass release, most of the other riders will be exclusives except for the mid-season "secondary" rider, and all other forms will either be exclusives or remain forever in Figuarts limbo like almost all of OOO's forms. If the rest of the arms are all just helmet-shoulder pads-chest, then we might see something like Fourze, where a few arms are released at retail, but the rest are released in one big exclusive set.

It will be shown off at Tamashii Nations at the end of October/Start of November I'm sure of it.
I don't think we will get the armor changing translated into figuarts. it would take a lot of engineering and swappable parts to make it seem show accurate. Although if stuff like Baron using Orange arms and Gaim using Banana arms is common in the show we might just get lots of Tamashii webshop variants :P |

Hopefully the main 5 get regular releases and obviously Gaim's final form.
The others probably have no chance of being regular. The arms gimmick will most likely be dropped. |

Now the SIC will be able to do it... But how a goofy fruit design will translate to that is the mystery.
