I would like him but $200 is bit heavy. I was expecting him to be around $120

$200 is an insane price. I point out again that that it is $50 more than Hasbro's imports of Masterpiece Soundwave, which included Masterpiece Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, Lazerbeak and Buzzsaw, $50 more than Hasbro's Masterpiece Optimus Prime and its even $100 more expensive then the 2 ft tall Generations Metroplex! Hell, its even more expensive then the SDCC version of Metroplex. All of these being much better toys that are also aimed at collectors.
The price is absolutely insane and a total waste of money no matter how you look at it. No amount of die-cast or rubber justifies it, really especially when its apparent that this $200 brick includes stickers over paint apps. BOA have seen the success of the Legacy line and are trying to see how far they can push collectors and I'm not going to support that. The Morphers and Megazord were fairly priced, Dragonzord was an OK price but this guy is just too much for too little. Last edited by Starscream Gaga; 07-11-2014 at 10:51 PM.. |

Even then It is a show accurate, die cast, moving brick. We need to let Bandai know that this price is too much before it get released to the public before it flops and hurts Bandai and scares them of the legacy line even though they might have season 2 merch in the works

Meh. I was hoping to get a full set of the legacy megazord, dragonzord, and titanus. But this is too much. I get the size and plastic but unless this thing has electronics then no. Still hoping for that full set though.

No it's a new mold. But it's clearly still not worth the $200 price tag.

Maybe not for you, and I totally respect your opinion. But I want this guy so bad, so I say Damn The Expense!

Damn the expense for what? It's a rolling brick of what we only hope has a significant amount of diecast and rubber wheels. We don't even know for sure yet. As it is, based on what we've been given thus far it really just doesn't appear to be worth that price tag at all.
