Do you smell what Tokunation is cooking? I sure do, and it's definitely more than sunshine & fruity pebbles. ... in other words, lets use this thread to keep up with the banter & muscularity that is all things wrestling.

Sin Cara Seriously? He sure has No Face right now in WWE <_<
Well, glad to see a Thread like this on here. So, WWE's Royal Rumble is coming up and so far we have Punk vs Ziggler confirmed and the 30 man Royal Rumble match. I hope they keep the participants of the Rumble Match this year a surprise in general that way it can be a surprise for all. I do smell a Legend or 2 making an Appearance in the match, maybe Road Dogg or Rocky even.

Sin Cara = Power Ranger
Also, I'm pretty excited for the Rumble too, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Road Dogg in there either. Not sure if I'd expect The Rock to enter as well, but it could be a good way to start a feud with someone other than Cena, so who knows.

The special appearances are what really put the Rumble over for me. You never know who will come back.
I'm thinking this year maybe RVD, since there has been talks for a while of him wanting to come back to WWE, plus they just ran that injury angle for him on Impact. And Smackdown could use a babyface or two.

Well we have Edge and The Four Horsemen being inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. Could be a sign that Flair might leave TNA? Here's the current list of inductees for this year:
Mil Mascaras Edge The Four Horsemen I predict that Macho Man has to go in this year. Maybe Rock might be inducted as well, since it is his home town. And what are your guys thoughts on the Funkasourus Brodus Clay? I think it might be a good gimmick for a while

Hey, I know this is a little off topic from the recent hall of fame discussion, but I came across this article today & thought it was cool.
Now, while I don't know much about the US in terms of matching up the map to certain superstars, I wouldn't be surprised if provinces like Alberta, Ontario & Quebec are booing Cena more because they have hometown or ethnic superstars who much like most Canadians, tend to be heels, or that otherwise represent a different brand of pro wrestling. Quote:
It’s no secret that John Cena is the most polarizing WWE Superstar in history. We’ve all heard it (and likely participated in it): “Let’s go Cena…. Cena sucks!”
There may be no theme song in WWE history that brings the crowd to a frantic cheer or to a raucus boo than Cena’s “Time is Now”. There have even been t-shirts made on the pro and con sides of the Cena fan fence. But that crowd reaction have never been quantified across the States, Provinces and Countries around the world WWE visits for live events, television programs and Pay Per View presentations. Until now! #AftermathBlog presents to you our “John Cena Crowd Reaction Map”. This Desktop Wallpaper sized infograph breaks down the cheers and boos heard around the world for John Cena every time his music hits and he appears in front of the WWE Universe in that arena. Note that this is version 1.0 and is an ongoing project – if you agree or don’t agree with the crowd reaction in your area… tell us! If it’s not listed here and you’d like it to be… tell us! We will update the infograph as we get more information. - #AftermathBlog presents: The John Cena Crowd Reaction Map! | Aftermath | Blogs | theScore.com

Well, Rumble has come and gone. Some forgettable matches like the Divas Tag and the Brodus one. The World Title match was good, but it looks like it may have ended a bit too early. JL was not needed in the WWE Title match as ref, and he basically showed that when he called another ref down to the ring. Best match of the night? The Rumble match itself.
From Ricardo Rodriguez and Michael Cole entering to Kharma returning and Road Dogg being in it made it worth it. Plus, Sheamus won, which imo, is better than having Jericho be the winner. Taker's back as we saw on Raw, so lets see what happens now WWE. You have a lot of things set up, use this set up well
