I was trying to sticker up Kenzan tonight and when I went to put his scarf in it was super tight. I got it in there with a bit of force, but when I went to rotate it the scarf snapped in two. Now I can't get the part that's in the back chest plate unplugged, so I'm kind of stuck.

Get some brass wires, and a pin vise. Drill a hole onto both pieces, stick a wire into 'em and glue them shut.
Assuming the damaged area is big enough to drill a hole into, though. |

lol I was also thinking that something Gunpla related would be the solution. You should be fine. Good luck. A decent pair of nippers might do the trick, too.

Maybe you could leverage off the back plate with a flathead screwdriver and then push it out with something?

Did a quick assembly of Ark-One, one of my favorite suits from Zero-One.
Pretty simple figure. Some white paint on the shoulder pads and belt. Panel liner marker here and there. The big addition is black paint near the elbow joints. That little bit makes a big difference.
