This person is a scammer who lifted this picture from reddit. From a Chris_Reagers post in r/ actionfigures. You can find this image on there via google image search. They were previously trying to push a scam site via dms. I recommend to not interact with them. This is also not Chris_Reager bc he words his posts like a regular person and in a completely differerent way than this "EllaCote". Id honestly report the profile.
