The thing about Figuarts is they're not all that hard to find any more, despite pre orders selling out. |

Also, my expectations are based on what came with the Amazon exclusive original Amazon - which wasn't all that special if I remember rightly.

Both options are likely, we'll have to wait and see what it is.
If it is a variant they'll probably throw in either the sickle and/or the whip. |

Heh. You folks mostly successfully convinced me to move away from BBTS for most toku stuff, so SS Kamen Rider W was my first order from them in a while, since at the time, AmiAmi and the other usual suspects had pre-sold out. This appears to be a rare case in which, given international shipping, it'll cost me less than if I'd ordered from AmiAmi's second round.
(Oh, and I just received my Lord Baron. *megadrool*) |

Honestly, with the way the yens going and the increase in shipping, it's porbably cheaper from Amazon. I have w ordered on Amazon and hlj, but I won't be surprised if the dollar hits below 100 yen by December.

I'm contemplating placing an order the upcoming new release of CycloneJoker. It's expensive though, even with a wind effect, so I can't make the decision yet. It feels like a blind purchase... Still, so far, every Shinkocchou Seihou release has gotten rave reviews, right? |

HLJ is known to oversell pre-orders which they then can't fulfill, so people are afraid that if they jump in now after the orders where closed once that they won't get their figure.

And Double looks like he will be a worthy addition to the lineup, the figure looks amazing. |

Thanks for clarifying, Kiwami, and well, for nudging me further into pre-ordering the figure. I just looked at the SRPs and realized that US$ 67 for the figure AND the wind effects part is actually a pretty good bargain.
My dilemma really is how I'm also itching to take this guy up on his offer: US$128 for all five Dekaranger Figuarts. The Deka Red is missing his license, but that seems like a really sweet deal, too. Last edited by HenshinTrouble; 06-24-2016 at 02:15 AM.. |

Finally opened Spectre today, as well as Chaser Mach. Spectre is like Ghost; aight. If anything, I like it more than Ghost, because that metallic electric blue on that jet black suit is so much more striking than that peach color is on Ghost. Chaser Mach is, well, a mish mash of Chaser & Mach, so if those two are your jam, this will work well. I haven't tried taking those Chaser & Mach apart, so I don't know if it's easier to just frankenstein a Chaser Mach from those two figures instead of skipping the exclusive.
I was hoping to open Machine Ghostriker today too, but slept in and apparently missed the attempt at delivering my AmiAmi package. Ah well. Guess it'll have to wait until tomorrow or Wednesday. To my annoyance, no actual slip was left, so I can't try to pick it up myself tomorrow. |

While the Amazon-exclusive Alpha's green flames look really cool...I'm glad it's only that. I don't think I'm missing much going standard.
