Putotyra is best edit!
We finally get the explanation for why Greeed get stronger despite losing their Core Medals. It's due to the high level of Core Energy inside the Refinement Sector, which has the unfortunate side effect of making them go insane. Got to feel some pity for Uva here. Quote:
General consensus so far seems to be that I should fight Zeus Xtreme with OOO, but Double and Zero-One are tied for the other two fights. So now I ask for you all to do a tie breaking vote: Double and Zero-One. Who should I fight Zeus Dopant with and who should I fight Zeus Greeed with?

That's mostly correct, but alas, you forgot the most obvious one that precedes all of them: DreamSword!

Ryo and Kousan join me in fighting with and talking about Tajador and Eternal.
--- And yeah, we got Tajador. --- New Activity: Quote Association! I'm gonna type a list of things various characters have said, and you have to tell which quote was said by which character. First to get 'em all right wins. Here we go! "Seiya!"
"Don't ask me questions." "Well let's see. One, two, three... man, whatever!" "I'm not the hand you need to reach out to anymore." "Half-boiled." "There's only one person who can stop you, and that's me!" "When I crush my enemies to scrap, it's by my own rules!"

Ah yes, Tajador time.
Anyway I get your complaint about the Brave Taka Head but also normal Taka would have looked weird. Not to mention the fact that the chest is also different and unified with the head medal crest changing to match the other two parts. I will say though despite having the Professor Aida stuff spelled out, I honestly thought things would have gone a tad more differently in the endgame. But I'll say that for when we actually get there. |

I believe it was Baron OOO Arms.
Too many characters, so I’ll just say… Akiko. Quote:
Not sure about the rest. As far as opinions on Eternal go, a lot of what you were talking about reminds me of my opinions of Galza, the villain from Kiramager (who’s VA coincidentally voiced Eternal here). In his last episode, the shoe expects us to believe he’s someone worth of redemption… even though all of his appearances beforehand have set him up as utterly unsympathetic, with all but one of the good guys rightfully hating him and four of them (including the one who didn’t hate him) having very good reasons to do so. And it basically throws out all the build up to him being the ultimate evil the heroes have to thwart in favour of a generic bad guy who doesn’t even have an long term plan he’s carrying out (the final two episodes are just him basically carrying out a monster of the week plot on a massive scale). Looks like I totally called DreamSword's dislike of Tajadol's red eyes. Yeah, it would have been better if they saved something like that as distinction for its appearance in the finale, as a visual to show that Ankh is fighting with Eiji in spirit. My favorite shot of Tajadol is in Movie War Core where the eyes are green for like a second.
Also, where did Ankh get those Kujaku and Condol Medals from? Eiji revived him from the broken Taka Medal and a pile of Cell Medals infused with Core Energy, so how does Ankh suddenly have Kujaku and Condol out of nowhere? I only used Tajadol in this Sector since the next time I played OOO was the big gate before Central Tower. But it makes sense they would save OOO's highest DPS combo for late game like they did with LunaJoker for Double, even though those forms originally debuted before Shauta and HeatJoker respectively. Eternal is one of my favorite Movie Riders alongside Gaoh and Barlckxs. I think Shoutarou summarized here why Daido is someone who we should maybe feel pity for, since he had mostly bad experiences of humanity throughout his life that caused him to fall in to despair. I'm not saying that justifies trying to turn everybody in to NEVERs to make him feel less lonely but the tragedy is that he could have been a hero if things were different and Foundation X didn't totally screw up his whole life. I actually really enjoyed his V-Cinema as a prequel to the summer movie for how it shows Daido as a victim himself and someone who deserved better than what he got. Phillip is actually physically present since he ported himself in to the Xtreme Memory, which also explains how a certain New Game + form is possible. Quote:

Although now this makes me wonder, who do they have carrying Philip's' body everywhere? Or is just perma-stuck in the Xtreme Memory? Either scenario is really funny to me; Just imagining them all taking turns carrying him, or the Xtreme Memory totally just floating right off screen for the entire game. Quote:
Ryuuga.
(maybe, not sure on this one) The answer is Shotaro. Although OZC translates it slightly differently than what I originally read. So, I'll give this round to Sh Ranger.

En-chan, Ryo, and I have a discussion about redemption arcs while ending the Sonozaki family.
I really liked how this episode turned out, honestly. --- New Activity: Heisei Generations Forever features a medley of all of the Heisei Era OPs. Name the order in which they are played.

...I can't believe I never actually put that together. I guess my brain just continues to latch onto the scene at the start of the game, where Shotaro has to fly the Cyclone Memory off the island.

The Riders having to carry him everywhere is a humorous image though.
