Sometimes, late releases like this will hit Australia but never make it to the U.S. for whatever reason. For example:

Honestly sans the weapons the Psycho rangers are just a paint job. The beginning of the end. Hopefully we get DT Yellow. Shame Ninjastorm was never completed. Sorta wish Hasbro would continue the line in the same height and proportions(with some adjustments) so there isn't a clear difference.
