Yeah, he was a good guy. I think his last speaking part was as ?God? in the last episode of Smiling Friends on Adult Swim

Can't sleep tonight. Been trying to get myself off sleep meds besides melatonin, but it's been rough since getting reliant on trazedone after my old cat's disappearance. A friend suggested I should try going down to a half dose for a bit instead of trying to quit cold turkey

I know we just ended our Gundam discussion but something that bothers me is that for a franchise that pioneered a more 'realistic' (so to speak) take on mecha, there are NO SEATBELTS INSIDE THE ROBOTS! This somehow irks me more than it should! You'd fall face first into your screen the moment your robot topples forward.

Granted, I don't think every series is entirely consistent about this, but I believe the explanation has generally been that everyone's space suits have backpacks that connect directly to the seats, and when that isn't the case for whatever reason, you do usually see them using seatbelts.

Okay bought some stuff today, so I'll need to wait a bit before buying more. Next Thursday is another pay day.
