We all know there's a whole lot of kamen rider out there, and while a lot of us don't mind slogging thru all of it some of us might not have the time. So I propose we create an essential viewings list. The episode can be strictly plot relevant ones, maybe ones you feel best incapsulate the theme of the show, funny episodes, episodes that capture the idea of kamen rider as a whole, or hell episodes that you feel show everything wrong with a series.
I'll start with the only show I've finished... Ghost (yes it's the only rider show I finished yes I have poor taste) 1: A solid introduction, and sets up the premise of the show fairly well. 6: mostly recommended because of the cool effect of the silent henshins and the beautiful effect from the beethoven eyecon. 9: another solid eyecon hunt episode, really like the fact the victim of the week ties into the past with the monolith. 10-11: A great mid season finale with the activation of the eyecons and some great action. 12: a really solid episode, and probably one of the best power up debuts I've seen. 13-14: Love the Ryouma eyecon possession this is great stuff right here (but can be skipped if you like I just find these a solid set of episodes). 16: A solid tertiary/secondary rider debut. 19-20: a nice twist on the whole monster who isn't so bad thing. 22-23: Maybe not the most important episodes but I feel like they're worth it for the build up and final battle with the monster of the fortnight. 27-28: a nice two parter with some very solid acting from Alan's actor. 29-30: You can technically skip the a-plot of this episode (though it is kind of hilarious to see Houdini running around as a ghost) the important part is the B-plot involving Fumina (takoyaki grandma) is really nice for alan. 35-36: the real debut of mugen and actually has a pretty nice plot about spreading joy, and some funny antics with the Grimm eyecon (not necessary viewing but nice). 41-42: A big reveal episode with some nice stuff from the old man, alan, and adel. 47-49: Basically the finale of the show And that's about it for my opinion on ghost, now you guys don't have to follow this format, you can feel free to list episodes however you like, so good luck everyone!.

Oof...Well, personally I say watch all of Ex-Aid, W, Drive and Fourze but some standouts in particular
Ex-Aid 18: Great episode in terms of plot progression and NotWesker's an absolute joy to watch during this episode as he finally goes completely insane Drive 19(?): The one with the Roidmude being a good guy because of anime. It not only was a funny episode with a Carranger reference, but to me, it sets up the future of the season with it's emotional impact Kuuga 38(?): The second episode with the porcupine fucker. It shows how sadistic some enemies can be and it shows Brodai get mad. Very mad. The beatdown the Grongi got was not just satisfying, but also chilling as it was Brodai dealing it! Blade's final episode. I don't want to say much, but it's easily the best ending the franchise has ever known, the stakes are high, the characters we all know and love were fantastic yet difficult to see in this horrible situation and that bittersweet ending. Oof, still hurts There's a LOT more but I forget which episodes they were, like G3-X finally being useful, Accel Trial's debut, etc.
