It's become an obvious and unmissable point these days for all Toku fans, whether you watch the current series or not: Kamen Rider is taking a hit because of revised Japanese laws regarding customized bikes/motorcycles! The "Rider" aspect is increasingly curtailed to the point of being all but ignored. Even Sentai and the current DonBrothers are affected. Does Kamen Rider have a chance to survive if the "Rider" aspect is all but lost? Can CGI really pick up the slack? Is there a way to circumvent the rules to where the show(s) are not affected? Sound-off.

As long as the toys sell, Rider will be fine. Bandai leans harder on the DX items anyway instead of figures or vehicles

Yeah it really feels like there have been more series without any real focus on the bikes than there have been where the bike is important.
It's kind of like, is Doctor Who actually a doctor? Or like how Final Fantasy is never the last one.

It's a sad state of affairs how little the bikes get to do now even if Toei's hands are kind of tied. At best they get shown off in a second episode but then get forgotten about for pretty much the rest of the show.
But it just doesn't really feel like Kamen Rider without them. |
