To celebrate "Iiii Day" and the 50th anniversary of Shocker, Toei announced that a second Kamen Rider anime series will debut next year. Based on a web manga that just went live today, the series will be about the daily lives of Shocker grunts.

I assume this is more along the lines of the Imagin Anime, or the little 01 ones.

Speaking of, kinda surprised they never made more of those Imagin shorts...

Honestly sounds cute, though I agree that it'll be like the Zero-One short Anime. I guess Toei wants to step back into Anime with Rider. Wouldn't it be neat if they made an original Anime Rider if Fuuto Detective Pi does well?

They should just make short comedic live-action memeable videos and post them on their social media accounts where Shocker combatants try to do stuff but fail and occasionally a Kamen Rider pops up for comedic effect instead of stuff like this. Feels like a waste of resources. That said, I do wish nothing but the best to whoever gets picked to voice the combatants. I hope they have a fun time doing it.

I like that they are doing more Kamen Rider anime because it will allow more people to become fans of the series.
