Awesome reveal. I love OOO, and adding another main Rider to the display is a no-brainer.
The form swapping gimmick is great, it was so much fun on Ultraman X that I'm glad it's now being implemented into Rider Figuarts as well. Quote:

It's definitely the most involved (for regular humanoid Figuarts), but Fourze also got all those Modules, and the Ryuki figures also messed with detachable ports and transformable monsters and that kind of stuff, which I'd argue is gimmicky enough. I had also forgotten about the Drive stuff, which I saw someone else mentioned. That stuff would also count. Still, it's the sort of full body gimmick I don't think any of us ever really expected Bandai to tackle.

SQUEE!
Wow. My most-wanted next release for Shinkocchou Seihou, and I never guessed that they'd replicate the parts-swapping. It makes perfect sense: the in-show suit includes those seams, as well as the release button on the back of the retail figure. The way the parts break means articulation wouldn't suffer. Assuming it sells well, I can easily imagine us getting additional combos. I'll be very curious to see what those releases look like; I'll cross my fingers for no duplicate body segments. I'm guessing Fourze and Ghost will be next. (I'm sure it's not a coincidence that neither was released among the Figuarts Rider Kicks.) |

Although actually releasing them all might be tough. OOO has a lot of forms, even full combos require like 6 more figures. Quote:
As far as future Shinkocchou Seihou releases go - my money is on Phase I Riders. Ryuki, Faiz, Blade and Den-O desperately need updates. Although I honestly would like to see some Showa too, Rider 1+2 and Amazon are awesome, I want more. |

Looks like I may have been a bit hasty in saying it was a single release. Page for it is up. Kamakiri parts are not listed, and there is a disclaimer for the Combo Change image. So I guess...it's just a sneak way of saying they're planning a GataKiriBa soon on TaToBa's heels, probably?

https://tamashii.jp/special/shinkocchou/ The question now becomes: Am I willing to buy that many OOO figures? Probably not, so I won’t utilize the gimmick. Which is fine since I didn’t plan to display OOO in any other combo than TaToBa. What does however annoy me a bit – no Ankh. That hurts. Probably another accessory that will be included with the bike *sigh* |

I'd say OOO was the last absolutely crucial update for main Riders. If anybody else was next in line, it'd probably be Faiz quality-wise but even that's not a horrible Figuart. Fourze still looks good next to modern releases since his proportions are appropriate for a teenager.
What I really want is for them to give us more secondary and tertiary Riders. At least finish out the rest of Kabuto's cast since we only need like 3 more to round them out (not including the movie Riders). I'd like to see an updated G3-X that's properly bulked out. Some more of the Kiva Riders would be nice too. But for the love of God, please release DiEnd from Figuarts purgatory....Decade sold pretty damn well from my understanding, he's going to be appearing in Zi-O, they just released a new Decade Figuart and DiEnd is mostly parts reuse anyway so there's no reason not to at least release him as a web-exclusive. They could even release both his OG and Neo drivers with him, since I'm pretty sure that's the only difference between his two base forms.

I could be wrong, but wasn't Ankh part of a first release bonus set? Could probably find one for a reasonable price on Mandarake.

https://tamashii.jp/item/1525/ I could try and get that, but I'm still going to complain that they didn't include a new one with the Shinkocchou Seihou release :^) |

Waitwaitwaitwait.
It does combo change and that's all one release?! How did they find a way to make this even better?? That's so cool. Edit: Oh wait now I caught up even more. Doesn't come with the other parts... Aw man. Still cool that it does look like they can swap, but a slight damper on excitement that they won't include anything right away to do that.

I should've known they'd do this kind of crap. Honestly, my biggest wish at this point is for Sentai Figuarts to come back, but it looks like that's not going to happen soon, if at all.
