So I've set my DVR to record episodes of Dragon Ball GT on Nicktoons because I wanted to catch the Super 17 arc since it's the one I remember the least back when it was on Toonami. However I keep catching the end parts of episodes of Voltron Force as well and I was wondering should I give that show a look too? I've never watched the original, so I don't have any disposition towards the show. Anyone care to give me some pro's and con's to the show?

I watched it when it first started for about 7 or 8 episodes. I liked the Voltron redesign (and the fact the torso could swap) but the animation and characters were pretty poor.

I haven't watched it, but I think the biggest "sin" of the show is that there are no worthy toys. It had the potential to be a massive toy franchise but Mattel blew it.

Just checked out the first episode, it's not the cheesiest show I've ever seen. I'm not expecting a Young Justice level of awesomeness, but if it has some decent fight scenes and okay plots for episodes, I'll give it a shot. From what I saw there was nothing to make me go, but nothing to make me stay either.

I was pretty indifferent to the few episodes I did watch. They have it all on netflix and have always intended to watch the first season from start to finish.
It did baffle me that there was no corresponding toy line. |
