In total Astromena had 10 different hairstyles, 11 if you want to include her natural hairstyle she only wore when she became Karone (except for one scene in A Date with Danger.) In order or appearance they were Purple, Black, Platinum Blonde, Brown, a sort of Greyish-Black, what I refer to as Egyptian style, White, Blue, Red (only in one scene before getting her cyborg implants) and finally her Cyborg look. So they have a lot of options. I doubt they'll release all of these, but who knows. At this point they've rereleased MMPR pink like four or five times.
Space and Lost Galaxy were two of my favorite seasons, and I'd have to put Astronema/Karone as my all time favorite character out of all of Power Rangers, but even I wouldn't get ten different versions of her. I got the first two pack with Andros and will be getting this one when it releases, but the only other ones I would get of Astronema (not counting any Karone ones) would be the white hair and the cyborg. |

So I'm sure this is just my anxiety talking, but I wanna get this out in the open & hope that I'm wrong. Please leave your thoughts if you have any.
I really hope Hasbro gets smarter about how they distribute certain seasons throughout their waves. Like we have a bunch of fan favorites getting almost completely full teams. Like SPD, In Space, Dino Thunder are damn near finished. I get that that sounds weird but hear me out. If they dip into other series like Operation Overdrive, Alien, Wild Force & other series that are more divisive than others lots of fans aren't gonna bother picking them up cause there's a good amount of dislike/hatred for certain ones. Ninja Steel, Lightspeed Rescue & Megaforce just to name a few more. If later waves don't sell as much than are retailers really gonna bother picking up future waves if they don't have any guaranteed purchases like fan-favorite characters to help boost sales? Like if it were up to me I'd always make waves a mix of seasons people like & don't like, just to prove to the Targets & Wal-Marts that Lightning Collection is a line with longevity. But if all the characters people want are already made, then when we get to later ones the line might die off because Samurai & other seasons like it don't have the same sales as SPD or In Space, ya know? Again. Maybe I'm just being too worried about it, I just want this line to continue & complete every team & I'm scared Hasbro might burn themselves out before they get a chance to do it. |

By the time we get to Boukenger they'll be on their like 9th release of MMPR and will finally be releasing their fifth ever Yellow Ranger, I really wouldn't worry too much about it

Personally I'd like them to do complete teams of seasons I want rather than the less popular ones I'm less likely to buy anyway. I've only just started collecting them because I like to display full teams rather than a mash of ones from different seasons. I picked up or pre-ordered all of in Space and SPD (including the Psycho Rangers and A-Squad). And I think it will be nice to display the good versus evil Rangers once they release in Space Pink and Silver and SPD Yellow.
It would be nice if they did full teams in five or six packs like they did with the Psycho Rangers. (For the teams they haven't released figures for yet, not teams like in Space, SPD, or ZEO) to force you to buy four duplicate figures for the one new one. As for doing reissues, they already doing that a ton with MMPR with the metallic armor figures as well as the alternate head sculps of MMPR pink and yellow with Aisha and Kat in two-packs with new figures. However there are only some seasons with a team-wide power up: Lost Galaxy with the Lights of Orion, SPD with SWAT mode, Mystic Force with I believe it was legendary mode, Dino Thunder with super dino mode, and Samurai with the black box mode. Also there aren't that many opportunities for alternate head-sculps after Turbo because there weren't many Ranger changes after that season. The only one that come to mine as Kendrix-Karone in Lost Galaxy, as well as a Magna Defender with Mike's head-sculpt. After that there's Wes-Alex in Time Force, but they're both played by the same actor with only the hair-color being different. And then there's Sky and Bridge being promoted at the end of SPD and in the Operation Overdrive team-up. But we already have all those figures and head-sculpts, so you can just put your existing Sky's head on Red SPD and Bridge's on Blue SPD if you really want to. |

I think 5-packs is potentially what we could see for teams like Boukenger and Samurai that aren't particularly popular, honestly -- I think it would be a fair compromise to get them out there, with just the Red and Sixth in the main waves. I could maybe even see that done for Kyoryuger's extras too

A new two-pack has been revealed: the Cogs from Zeo (with one being the Sentai-accurate silver body and the other being the US original pink body)

For some clarification on this; this isn't revealed quite yet -- they were 'revealed' through a Power Morphicon email seemingly sent out early, as shared on Rangerboard. They're Hasbro Pulse exclusive, the link to which doesn't work yet.
Something cool is that that isn't an extra head there -- the upper part of the Cogs' faces slide up! https://www.rangerboard.com/index.ph...84471/page-459

Definitely nabbing this. And I'm glad they learned from their Putty 2-Pack and made both Cogs different versions.
