I got fed up with Kyoryuger around ten episodes in, got bored of ToQGer around the halfway mark, and dropped Ninninger like a hot potato after the episode with Sasuke and the dude from Hurricanger. I also never finished the Let's Watch Wednesday of Magiranger because it was fucking terrible de gozarimasu desu.
I'm liking Zyuohger a lot so far, but I have no idea if I'll make it all the way through. I'm not a huge Sentai fan, so I have a much lower tolerance level for it than I do with Kamen Rider. |

If you were a head-writer of the show and Toei give you a character description of 5 Sentai Heroes. What do you make the character less generic and more unique?
Just says Red Ranger is very immature and you don't want him to be Mary Sue-Type Character. What is your idea for this Red Ranger Okay jokes aside I still would like to see someone old enough to feel a generation gap with the others be Red Ranger just to see how the dynamics flow. Or maybe a Captain America type of character who is out of time so he looks young but is technically way older.

Some big chubby middle-aged guy who complains how his suit does not fit and he can't see cause the visor is getting fogged up.

I feel we hasn't got actor in early 30s to play Red Ranger who is supposed the captain of Sentai. I like the idea of Red Ranger being out of time and make him feel different from others |

Am I worried that Zyuohger will be like The Jungle Book?
Yamato is like Mowgli because he is only one who is NOT Zyuman and plus most of Zyuohgers are animals. Right? Goodness Gracious! I hope Zyuoh TheWorld is NOT ANOTHER Zyuman or else I will be calling Zyuohger "The Jungle Book Sentai" |

...you can't possibly be serious. Yamato is obviously inspired by a different jungle human.

I hope Zyuoh The World is NOT HIS DESCENDANT FROM ~500 YEARS IN THE FUTURE or else I'll be calling Zyuohger "Assassin's Creed Sentai!" Seriously, dude, you're trying way too hard to make connections here. Also, please don't let Zyuoh the World be Desmond Miles. Nobody wants that. |

Is Zyuohger finally feel like a sentai show than last 4?
I felt Zyuohger is now a proper sentai show because this one give other rangers spotlight more than Red Ranger and got a good comedy (NOT IN YOUR FACE COMEDY Shenanigans) Go-busters didn't work because most kids doesn't interested in a spy theme Sentai amd was too different from a typical sentai show Kyoryuger didn't work because this one was The Red Ranger Show and his teammate was treated as his sidekicks ToQger didn't work because most western fans don't like the imaginary train idea at all! They hated it! Ninninger didn't work because it was supposed to be anniversary Sentai and they failed miserably! I'm surprised they didn't get Ninninger VS. Super Sentai movie despite being anniversary show |

Focus will always be spotlighted on the red ranger, even if his story isn't that important (See Ryuuranger). It's just a fact of life. It's nice when they give fair share, but it's just how it goes.
Go-Busters just didn't catch on with kids. They aimed for something new and failed. Sucks, but it happens. Kyoryuger did work. It was popular, energizing, and excited. I hated it, for focusing so much on Daigo that his nickname of King was too on the nose, but that doesn't change it's success. Western fans opinions don't matter. At all. Toei thinks Gekiranger was the Toku equivalent of the Hindenburg despite it being an explosive hit in the West. I don't know how well ToQ did in Japan, though. Ninninger didn't work because they basically distilled Sentai into a formula and went from there, rather than do anything interesting. Zyuohger isn't anything different. We see a red focus already (Though not as overwhelming as Kyoryu), common Sentai staples, and basic characters (They can grow, don't get me wrong, and I do like them. But they're not anything special as of now (That being 11 episodes in)). You could even call Zyuoh as disappointing because it's playing everything safe. There's also no collectables which means toy sales might not skyrocket, which could spell out "Failure" in Toei/Bandai's eyes.
