I find it hard to believe that all of them exist in the same universe due to timeline reasons. Toei is never going to create a official canon to the series, so it's up to the fans to do whatever they want by fitting them in.

Hard to say. They did air that Gaim vs ToQ special prior as a promo effort though on TV.

In the shows, Showa connections are:
OOOs has the 1000th episode of Kamen Rider in which a Shocker Combatman is the main villain for 2 weeks. I believe some OOO's related plot stuff is in it to making it hard to remove.

In episode 2 of Fourze, he takes the name of Kamen Rider after seeing footage of Showa Riders. I'm sure Rider 1 was in those clips somewhere. If not, Riders he's had long time team ups with are.

As mentioned, Ghost has Rider 1 cameo in an episode leading into the Rider 1 movie.

Even if you consider the 00's to be alternate universes (which at the time was the easier assumption), the 10's are very well connected to each other and to Showa beyond the movies. It would be silly and needlessly complex to try to explain away these connections without just using the movies.

Who all subbed the Kamen Rider 4 specials? Did only TVN do them or did Over-time do it also?

I was considering connections to be "full plot is connected in some way." Ghost and the ZyuOhgers fighting a Shocker monster is not that.

Aside from the movie specials Shocker never really surfaced again as the mainstay bad guys in the actual Heisei era TV shows. Of course, Foundation X acted like they Shocker to a certain degree but they never said that they are the reincarnation of it, etc. At least for now.

hopefully foundation x will return in KR Build and having a proper conclusion instead of just suddenly disappear.. haha

Super TaToBa can indeed stop time.

Would probably give that the edge over Cronus' pause too because at least that isn't tied into a video game.

I'm not going to lie, I can't help but question if Ex-Aid rider abilities like that would work at all on none Ex-Aid riders and/or Bugsters. While things like super speed would probably be fine no matter what, I'm specifically talking about Maximum Mighty X's reprogramming ability and, as you've already mentioned, Cronus' time manipulation abilities. You know, guys who don't operate on video game logic.

True but running too fast for the naked eye, or at least close enough, is kind of a dime a half dozen as far as rider abilities go.

Oh, well in that case I'd probably say OOO out of the options listed: Faiz, Kabuto, and Drive all have speed that involves some form of time manipulation, their own or the Roidmudes' in Drive's case.

Did anybody here ever found some of the voice alteration in-suit for riders weird? I'm not saying weird when during the show, but more so like "Huh... Ok so he sounds like that in Rider Former", then other times they don't even alter Rider voices. Probably using the wrong term but, hopefully I get my point across.

Examples I'm talking about are Fourze, Wizard, and a short time W himself.

Ehh, personally I liked it. In the case of Fourze it makes sense cause his suit concept is that of an astronaut's, Wizard's audio filter I thought worked well with the whole gem/jewel aesthetic he had going on.

What's the likelihood of the Director's Cut versions of the films being transfered to Blu-Ray (mainly pre-OOO)? It just seems a bit of a shame that the 15 or so minutes of extra stuff hasn't seen the light of HD.

Maybe for an anniversary edition of sorts. Until then not likely.
