So, this is me just playing around with the stuff around each show.

W - Shotaro and Philip are probably separated into Cyclone and Joker specifically and Tsukasa probably has to bring them together as W.

OOO - Eiji is a politician using his status as OOO to help people in a distorted sense of justice and charity. Ankh is his servant.

Fourze - Fourze but middle school lol

Wizard - Koyomi's long gone and Haruto is a wandering Wizard, bringing people out of despair out of duty.

Gaim - The original idea of the riders being gang leaders and a fight between gangs.

Drive - Chase is Drive and Kamen Riders are commanders in police institutions, so kinda like Kabuto I suppose.

Ghost - Takeru is a lonely kid, a wandering spirit defeating the Ganma to restore his humanity. So, like Ghost's original horror theme?

Ex-Aid - Ex-Aid but we focus more on the doctor part instead of the gaming part with riders treating people by transforming. Emu is the worst doctor having saved only a miniscule amount of lives.

Build - Each of the riders, except Build, are commanders in each respective part of the country. Touto, Hokuto, Seito. Build is the lone rider attempting to halt the war.

ZI-O - ZI-O

Zero-One - Aruto is a wanted man for theft of the Zero-One driver, his father's greatest work. His history erased, with only his surname as proof of his connection to HIDEN. Sheltered by Metsuboujinrai.

Saber - Touma is a struggling writer and hunted down by SOL as Calibur. He holds onto Brave Dragon and Rekka to awaken it one day to save the world as foretold by Kurayami.

What kind of upgrade do you all see Revice gain? What would be its Vistamp?

I've always assumed that the last two episodes of Wizard take place in his Decade world.

Whatever upgrade it'll be, it'll make his belt rival Ex-Aid and Zi-O's with how huge it'll become.

Were early Heisei shows like Kuuga and Agito really meant to be seen in widescreen/modern TV aspect ratios? While many copies (official and unofficial) seem to imply this, it feels atypical for the times in which they were originally released.

Hmm..in recent years, some of character'a civilian names in Kamen Rider series also have same name with their Rider names. The examples is Geiz, Tsukuyomi, Woz, Jin, Horobi, Naki, and recently Vice.

Maybe this become a new trend in Kamen Rider series?

I think it's more likely Revice will do the same as Zenkaiger, given the pandemic, and instead of having a bunch of cameos like Decade and Gokaiger, it'll have callbacks to past shows in a less literal way

It's been a while since I've watched Den-O, but in the Heisei Generation Forever movie, he makes a meta-contextual joke about being "overpowered".

My guess it’s either going to be themed around jealousy towards Ikki or self-doubt.

His demon is going to be more like Seig. Where as Daiji is humble with self doubting issues, his demon will be high and mighty, and view himself as inherently superior towards everyone around him.

And that demon will humiliate and bully Vice. What would you name such a demon in Daiji's corner?

Plus would Sakura follow her brothers or is it possible to add a "guardian angel" to help her family?

How many of you would bet Sakura and Aguilera can possibly become the best of friends throughout the show? Picture like Asahi and Saki in Ultraman R/B!

Re-Watched some Decade Movies, like All Riders VS. Dai-Shocker and Movie Wars 2010, and it really showcases some Decade's failings while leaving one with unresolved questions!

During the original run of the series, they teased that all unanswered questions would be revealed in what became Movie Wars 2010, but most of the teasing involved scenes which had NO barring on the plot of the movie we actually got!

Narutaki revealing who he is, Decade Complete fighting Tsukasa, Kuuga choking DiEnd, Natsumi holding a gun, Grandfather saying something like "This is the Real World!", Tsukasa seemingly dying on a beach, etc. All or most of these scenes would play briefly in Natsumi's movie dream and mean nothing in the long run. In fact, if memory serves, the original broadcast version of the ending of Decade would be tweaked after the fact to create a revisionist ending which is more in line with the actual events of Movie Wars 2010 (a version I've never seen, unfortunately).

And many characters would turn villainous for no reason! Grandfather becoming Dr. Shinigami in All Riders makes slightly more sense than Narutaki becoming Colonel Zol in 2010. Sure Narutaki hates Decade, but he wouldn't fear Shocker only to join them and then fear them again when he and Shocker start to lose.

Also, how does Movie Wars align with All Riders by saying "Decade has no story!" when Tsukasa clearly has a backstory in All Riders?

Seeing the future belt of Revice’s secondary rider, Daiji oughta have his own demon like Vice soon.

But seeing Vice as the new Momotaros, what demon do you see Daiji have hidden within him? Anti-Urataros, Anti-Kintaros, Anti-Ryutaros, Anti-Sieg or Anti-Deneb?

Nothing even comes close to Sin Specter for me.

That's not to say there aren't other ones I like, mind you; the gap is just pretty glaring. (Geiz Majesty is probably my second favorite, mostly on the strength of that film's story.)

for someone whose rider form is literally just a palette swap, arkland is one of my favorite v-cinema villains ever. the man just exudes fun energy which is very welcomed considering the format of v-cinemas.

v-cinema villains have this problem where they basically aren't allowed to be hated too much nor loved too much. honestly arkland was a hilarious guy for what they have to work with. they knew damn well that this was a character that we'd see for 30 minutes at absolute most and they just had a blast with him.

I love Arkland. Jai West definitely had a lot of fun playing him, shouting all his english noises.

Ouh! Yeah! Great! Perfect! CMON BOYS! IS THAT ALL?! Ougghhh! Very good!"

He fills in Jin's backstory perfectly and lines up with Gai's plan of militarizing Kamen Riders and Raiders. He would have made a fine inclusion in the show proper.

Also love the little detail of the Ark eye present behind the visor. Which is also how ZAIA's eyes are red.

Plus Calibur could use an upgrade. Either a King Lion Daisenki-based or Tategami Hyoujuu Senki-based.

So the Super Hero Taisen films were, nominally, crossovers between the concurrently running Kamen Rider and Sentai shows. While they made a comeback for Zenkaiger/Saber, I was wondering - what other couplets would you like to have seen that never quite made it?

In terms of older shows, Magiranger + Hibiki, and it would have been nice to see a better Kyuranger + Ex-Aid than we got.

Black and Liveman would have been everything, just to put that out there!

555 and Abaranger, meanwhile, would drive me absolutely nuts in the best of ways

Mentioning Showa put me onto a very cursed thought, and I had to check - it turns out Zyuranger's first episode aired the day after Kamen Rider Shin.

That's my new choice.

Kiva and Go-Onger teaming up would be hilarious. It'd just be poor shy quiet Wataru getting *completely* overwhelmed by the chaotic energy of this group of eccentric strangers the whole time. They'd out-crazy Nago! Castle Dran would combine with Engine-Oh to fight a giant monster because great justice... or something! Tie it all together with Wataru learning to take some inspiration from the team's boundless self-confidence and positive attitude, and you might even have a story to tell while you're at it!

...Then throw in a haphazard assortment of cameos from other actors, focus on completely different characters for the majority of the run-time, do nothing exciting with the action, and you have a properly underwhelming SHT film that practically writes itself! :p
