Hmmm....
I can honestly say that of all the Kamen Rider shows I've started, I think Kiva grabbed me the most in the first episode.

If I recall, the first episode of Faiz and Ryuki are also pretty good.

I liked Double and OOO's first episode a lot.
They really set the show up well without feeling like they had to dump everything.

I haven't seen a lot, but I think Gaim's was pretty good. If only for that opening shot with the armies and stuff. Really got my attention...

Black. The opening chase is very tense and beautifully shot.

I always like OOO's first episode. I did like the first episodes for Gaim and Ghost too.

Me personally I'd say that Decade because it was like oh there's a rider war coming and the one to make it happen is a mysterious rider then natsumi woke up and then it went 0 to a 100 real quick.

Close second is Ghost because it was awesome.
