Not that I think that assessment is necessarily correct. Bathing scenes are played for fanservice in Japanese media so often that it's obvious they know what they're doing. On the other hand, it's much more likely to find fanservice in Japanese media in general, even that aimed at younger people (ie, shounen jump, for one).

Of course it's kinda odd with KR because it's mostly dudes and it's aimed at boys, but eh, not complaining. Hot melon is hot melon. Guess they are aiming at that mom demographic anyway.
