Toei did a arranger which was a parody of Super Sentai and how come they hasn't do a parody of Kamen Rider?

Toei usually took a huge risk with Kamen Rider than Super Sentai! Who doesn't want a Rider making fun of Kamen Rider Cliches

They do this all the time already. Like Ghost randomly throws in the key charms they give out for the movie, same with their business cards, they directly talk to the viewer about them.

And let's not forget about episode 1000 in OOO which was basically "The fictional Kamen Rider characters create a Kamen Rider episode even though they are Kamen Rider characters themselves". If that didn't blast the fourth wall into pieces then I don't know what will.
