If Shotaro Ishimori didn't die back in 1998, how different the franchise would be today? I hear Kuuga was based on ideas that Ishimori had back in 1996-1997 before he died.

It'd probably be way different like we may have never gotten the collectable items thing until a bit later than ryuki.

There wasn't really collectibles in Kuuga and Agito to my knowledge... It wasn't really until Kiva that the whole thing really took off in full, I think

Some of the early art designs I found of Kuuga from Shotaro Ishimori made it seem like that Kuuga was going to be a different show then what we got now. It seems like a female rider was plan and the main rider had no mouth piece to him similar to Riderman. I found these on Tumblr, sorry if I got my info wrong.

These were abandoned concepts for A show not necessarily Kuuga. The female hero dates back to them trying to make Rider more in line with the Fushigi Comedy shows that were airing on Riders future timeslot.

Oh I see, the info that I did research on was calming that Kuuga was the last ishinomori rider, much like how Eiji Tsuburaya had Return Of Ultraman drafted. I have no idea where so sketches came from and I kinda wish these designs would be reused in some way for future riders. I dig the female rider look.

The guy still loves his role as Bravo so just like pretty much the whole Kamen Rider Blade cast I would be surprised if he didnt know about it.

Funnily enough, he only sings that high for recordings. His voice sounds much deeper when he performs live.

Yeah, it's weird. When he performs Surprise Drive Live, he sings it like an octave lower.

No, King Form's theme was Take It A Try, which was performed by Ryoji Morimoto, the actor who played Hajime.

Type Tridoron's debut is this week, don't know if they'll play the song immediately.

That's...odd. Usually the role of singing a Rider's theme goes the the actor of the Rider in question.

Well, Blade was a bit different. Rebirth, sung by Kousei Amano/ Tachibana was the theme for Jack from, used for both Blade and Garren and Take It A Try was used for Blade King Form and Wild Chalice.
Kenzaki did have his own song called Wanna Be Strong, but like Mutsuki's song, Hero, it was never used in the show. Same with the songs Be Free (sung by Koutaro) and Kimi no tonari de (sung by Shiori), as well as Shout it out, the duet between Kenzaki and Koutaro.

As I was watching a review of SHF Blade today, something popped into my head I hadn't thought about since the early days of my Blade watch. What's the use of the point scale/system on the weapons? I get that it's probably the power of the cards, but it never really got explained or a reasoning. It wasn't like the card's power determine how much damage could be done (which actually would have been really cool and added some nice strategy moments), since it was always the Rider himself who had to power through.

I guess the question could be simplified (if made a bit crude) to what was the point of the power scale?
