Kinda, not really no. She technically dies (and Micchy cries like a bitch) but then gets resurrected and transcends into becoming the mysterious Blonde girl from the pilot episode.

and wonder if maybe Zack was planned to be Gridon early on during the initial drafts of the story considering he is Kaito's bro, only to have that idea scrapped to get the story that we know it as.
The reason I think this is because Gridon was not as close with Baron but more with Bravo as the story progressed.
I will not abandon the possibility of other scenarios where Jyonouchi becomes Kaito's bro in that alt universe due to whatever events may have unfolded, but yeah just a thought.
Also, considering Baron is a knight and Gridon is more of a squire/medieval foot soldier design-wise.

Eh, the patterns on the armor could pass off as coconuts, and considering everything was all fruit-themed, acorns are not the first thing that comes to people's minds when they think of fruit so there was that. :lolol
I did later come to realize that it was acorns after seeing the pre-broadcast magazine scans.

I wonder how many people here would be interested in doing a fan dub of a rider show. Always wanted to do one myself.

I'd be interested in it, but projects are hard to keep running, as I know being a writer. Projects with multiple people must be even harder.

Judging from how your post sounds, I assume you have never done a fandub before? A full series is extremely ambitious and not even most long-time dubbers manage to complete a project like that, so I would suggest to just to short clips instead. Also, for a full series, a certain level of acting talent and technical ability when it comes to video editing and sound effects are necessary- it might just be a bit too much for a non-professional.

On a side note, as a former fandubber: Video editing is horrible, especially if you don't have good programs to work with and finding sound effects is a pain. It's extremely frustrating most of the time and awfully time-consuming.

Oh I'm well aware of editing pains and sound effect issues. I'm surprised its so hard to make fan dubs when it can't be hard to explain that it wasn't for profit and then isolating the vocal work and replacing it with the fan dubbing

It's been done before. It's one of the central ideas of Ryuki and Amazon had a monster as a friend. There was also a friendly monster near the end of Black that played a really important role. And then there are the monsters that have become Riders: Faiz, Chalice, and Chaser.

And a near fundamental aspect of KR is that their powers are not so different from their enemies'. So it wouldn't be far fetched to have a rider befriend a monster.
Hell, at this point in time, Den-O has completely lost the human aspect and is exclusively the Imagin :lol

Hibiki wasn't even texhnically a rider he was an Oni which as I'm sure we all know is a Japanese demon (Granted there are really loose connections there but hey it works for me) He literally henshined into a monster but maybe i'm misinterperetting this one
