I have a theory that I am just physically incapable of understanding anything that Yasuko Kobayashi was the head writer on. I've watched every KR season she was the head writer on and I've been left with a similar feeling of bewilderment each time. Maybe I should see if this holds true for her Sentai seasons too, haha.

Fun fact about Kobayashi, she was a programmer before she became a writer.
One day Winspector was on TV and it triggered her to send a tokusatsu pitch to TV Asahi's thoughts and suggestions corner(which according to her Japanese Wikipedia page later developed into Exceedraft) and caught the attention of Exceedraft's producer.
She then attended screen writing school and then penned episode 40 of Janperson.
The rest is history.

I started using a computer around like 2004, when like Dino Thunder was airing and Power Rangers was obviously the first thing I knew how to type. But on Google, instead of pressing Google Search I'd do I'm feeling lucky, and it would direct me to Power Ranger Central/Super Sentai Time Capsule, and I used to spend hours looking at the databases created.

I didn't fully connect the dots until I read stuff about Boukenger being unveiled and stuff in 2006, and actually watching a few episodes on youtube. Kamen Rider rolled along just as well, following from Go-Onger/Kiva and watching Shinkenger/Decade.

2 of those things are vital to the story. Narutaki being the doomsayer that knows a lot more than anyone, and Decade being a destroyer, but choosing to defy fate and try to save everyone.

Removing them wouldn't be revising Decade, it'd be completely changing it.

Out of Post-Decade Kamen Riders, Which Main Rider that lack of Character Development?

For me, It's Fourze and Wizard

Fourze is basically "I want everyone to be my friend" goody two shoes guy and he was a satellite character along with Yuki. Other Characters got a character development from HIM!

The reason of why he is portrayed as a "I want everyone to be my friend" goody two shoes guy because that earthquake! Earthquake was a reason of how Friendship theme came to be! Also if wasn't for that Earthquake, We wouldn't get so many Sentai Legends in Gokaiger! The original plan of Gokaiger that some of Gokaiger like Luka would get a character development.

Wizard doesn't have an unique personality as he act like Dante from Devil May Cry. I mean what was his character development?

Too bad in Wizard they should've added a "Vergil" in KR Wizard. I'd be comfortable to three riders.

Two like Dante & Vergil and Beast as an original.

Fourze was annoying to me. That series would've done something about it to turn dark.

But that could cause the problem in Fourze because that earthquake happens and Toei want to do a Friendship theme show so to remind many peoples and childrens that Kamen Rider are your friend

So because friendship theme, Fourze never have an Evil-Rider in their show

It even incorporated in OOO/Fourze when their evil rider was brainwashed! No ACTUALLY Evil Rider
