Mewtwo as Ankh fits as well as a tumor in a body.
Ho-Oh as Ankh.

What about for combos? Starter combo would be the TaToBa.

Taka=Staraptor or Hawlucha
Tora=...Shockingly, we don't have a real tiger Pokemon yet (Beyond maybe Litten), so Luxray for now
Batta=Seriously Pokemon, the fuck? I'd say Kricketune, but no. Leavanny, I guess?

I'm actually gonna go against the list, and pick Pokemon more according to OOO's medal line up, because I'm a jerk.

Kujaku=GODDAMMIT POKEMON. Ho-Oh is the best proxy I could come up with due to the rainbow wing thing, but I see Ho-Oh as Ankh, and not the red medals themselves, so...Moltres?

Blue-
Shachi=I'm torn. Kyogre has more of a killer whale influence than Wailord, but legend...But eh, screw it. Kyogre!
Unagi=Milotic or Dragonair (Eelectross is a lamprey. "But Milotic is an oarfish!" Shut up)

Kuwagata=Vikavolt (It's like a one for one~)
Kamakiri=Scyther (So clean~)

When Human Villains was more interesting than Monster Villains?

Recent Super Sentai always relay on Monster Villains while Recent Kamen Rider have Human Villains but is Human Villains more interesting and more threatening than Monster Villains?

I was making the list mostly taking the Greed into account as existing beings, too.
So Ho-Oh wasn't picked as peacock because he represents Ankh as a whole, for example.
I only used Kyogre as Shachi/Orca because it's basically an orca with hands for fins, which was just too close to justify using Wailord in it's stead.

However, I do agree that Raikou would better fit Tiger, and slot Luxray into Lion.

It honestly depends, Heart was more interesting than Banno, but that had nothing to do with Banno or Heart being humans or roimudes, It's how they're written, what roles they've been given in the story, their personalities and motives, etc.

OOO's combos were types of animals.

Pokemon OOO combos are types of elements.

Starter Combo:
- Head: Charizard
- Body: Blastoise
- Legs: Venusaur

That combo also has a special ability to go into Mega Evolution.
