I think he means Ichigo and Nigo, who were known as the "Double Riders" and had their suits change to the ones we know today :lol.

they have 2 costume changes if i remember correctly.

Yeah, sorry, I meant Ichigo and Nigo. I know Ichigo starts using his Sakurajima suit when he comes back to the show in episode 40, but I haven't been able to find any information about when he upgrades to his "New" suit. (the iconic one he is most known for today). Nigo only really upgrades once, but I don't know when he changes either.

Rider 1's new "Shin" suit debuts when he returns full time around episode 60. I assume Rider 2's changes when he next appears after handing the reigns back to Hongo.

In Decade's World of Kiva, the Wataru in that universe was a child.

Ryuki World did give us the insanely stupid yet awesome idea of court rulings being settled by fights to the death though.

This is one of the things I am looking forward to when I get to decade after everything I heard from it.

In an alternative universe (in Decade), Wataru was a little kid.
