How many Kamen Riders are there as of Ghost?

As of Ex-Aid, by my count we have:

33 main Riders (counting both Black and Black RX)
55-ish secondary and tertiary Riders (depending on how you count)
27? movie Riders (I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting some here)

So at least 115.

27 Movie Riders?!

According to Kamen Rider Wikia, as of Ex-aid's current episode *cries a little*, there are 158 OFFICIAL Kamen Riders, not counting manga,SIC,stageshow or unseen riders and only counts some form differences by different users as one (IXA Save mode used by Otoya and Burst mode used by Nago only counts as one,...). 157 if you think Kamen Rider Core isn't a rider.
If you want up to Ghost, then it is 153, 152 without Core.

At least. There was a stretch of time in the early Heisei era where each movie had 2-3 exclusive Riders.

Psyga and Orga from Paradise Lost for example? Or theres Caucasus, Hercus, and Ketaros from God Speed Love

Ryuga, Femme, and Verde. L'Arc, Lance, and Glaive. Nishiki, Habataki, Kabuki, Kirameki, and Touki. And then there's Den-O, which tended to introduce a new Rider with all of their movies (including Nega Den-O, who I'm just now realizing I forgot when I was trying to count Riders at 1:30 in the morning).

Does that list include the 3 Amazons riders or Kamen Rider G?

Don't forget the Hibiki movie cause that really cranked up the count with its onis.

Neither; I completely forgot both and wouldn't count G even if I hadn't (for much the same reason I wouldn't Kamen Norida).
