I don't really know. It's just that DCD attempted to establish Black as a separate universe from Black RX with a flimsy excuse.

Well what I'm really saying why were they there? Why were they important enough to the plot to have their VA? Kinda the same thing with Ouaji later on.

They werent like most things in Decade werent important.

Those actors were just available with Kickhoppers actor being Go-On Gold in Go-Onger so he was just available to do some voice over.

Well, he was also in a Sentai, wasn't he? I'm pretty sure Toei had his number written down somewhere :p

Decade was strange in that some of the characters were suppose to be AR riders, while others were the original riders...I guess.


I know that the Blade and Ryuki that Decade ended up killing in the movie were intended to be Kenzaki and Shinji respectively (btw, absolute horseshit IMO).

How many even were the original riders? The only one I know of is Kenzaki.

Thats another thing with Deacde since it was never said what Riders are supposed to be alternate versions or not.

Looking at the finale even the supposed "original Riders" could be looked at as alternate versions since Wataru and Kenzaki act nothing like they would have in their respective shows.

I still don't understand the whole Rider War thing and I actually tried watching the show carefully.

I guess really the only thing I like about Decade is his driver and when he appears as himself in later movies such as the Showa vs Heisei rider film.

Thats the thing with Decade. It doesnt matter how you watch the show since nothing in this show leads anywhere. The creators didnt pay attention to what they were doing and it just resulted in a gigantic mess.

Shouichi makes an appearance in one of the movies as well. Kickhopper and Ouja both use their original VA so I suppose they count as well. It's said that the Ryuki Decade killed "fought to end the Rider War" on the official site, which sounds closer to Shinji than AR Ryuki (unless there's 3 versions of Ryuki) and of course, Kenzaki.

Oh yeah, and Den-O, I think.
