Well, I think they'd all look a bit too bulky to accommodate having 4 forms for the armor, but I wouldn't imagine Bandai missing an opportunity for a Den-O figure like that.

Plus I assumed that's why the armour did what it did in the show, because of a toy.

How would you change any kamen rider series you want?

Are there any main Riders without dead parents? The only one I know of is Kiva and that only his mom.

Eiji's parents are alive, as far as we know. We had no info on many other Riders' parents, like, say, Godai's or Hibiki's.

Also, a kick that can destroy a planet only successfully destroys the suspension of disbelief or narrative immersion. It's an absurdly stupid concept, even for Kamen Rider. "But Kamen Rider's already so silly and physically impossible!" Yeah, but it usually keeps the scale of it's lunacy in check, and not completely breaks down any and all barriers of possibility within it's own universe.

In it's desire to be a very weak mystery, it's very much the characters sitting around telling the audience about x and y rather than showing them.
We do see Kuuga's blast radius for Rising Mighty, shockingly. However, it is nowhere near strong enough to wipe out a city. Fuck, Amazing Mighty's rider kick isn't significantly larger.
A nuke can't wipe out an entire city. Amazing Mighty can barely destroy a city block.
Either Ultimate over a million times stronger than Amazing Mighty (It would take what, a million super nukes to destroy the world?) or someone in Kuuga's production team is bullshitting so their baby remains the strongest.
